The only reason that I did not give this 5 stars is because it is shorter in width than it should be. I have to keep my water bowl back so that my dogs don’t drip water on the floor in front of the mat. That being said, the mat fits the water bowl, it just needs more space for when the dogs go back a little bit and drip. I really love the design, it is very cute and looks good in person. It absorbs water well and it does not show gross water marks or dirt for a while. When it does start to look a little dirty, I just run my mop over it real quick and its brand new again!

After trying a lot of different food and water mats for my cats, I can confidently say this one is the best. It has a suede-like texture that is gentle on feet. However, despite this, it does not attract hair or look dirty often. My vacuum glides right over it and does not try to lift up the mat, so itâs easy to clean when it does need that. Water absorbs into it and then dries quickly.Itâs large enough for both our feeder and fountain to sit on together and blends it beautifully with our tile floor. Get this one!

I bought this product thinking that it would protect my hardwood floor from drips and spills from the dog drinking. I moved it to sweep and found my beautiful wood completely stripped and soaked under the matt. The matt doesn’t absorb the water it just holds it onto the floor and you don’t know until it is too late

Iâve had mats previous to this one and the animals would spill, stain, and scratch them all up. With this mat my animals have not ruined or even attempted to scratch at all. Which Iâd assume would have to do with the material? Anyway, it fits their feeder and water fountain perfectly, easy to clean/wipe off, and holds the messes or water when needed.
