Problem Solved!
Our 3 month old Goldador does not chew her food, wolfing it down in seconds flat! She even astounds her Vet by swallowing treats whole.While this size dish is big now, Delta is growing fast and this bowl will be perfect for her as a large breed dog.Sturdy, weighted and doesnât slide across the floor, definitely worth the money! This bowl does slow her eating time so itâs functional and itâs easy to keep it clean. We choose the green dish and itâs a very pretty ceramic.

No instructions BUT it’s a game changer
So this is packaged great, very secure. It looks simple to put together (it is-align the two wood posts with the hole in the middle and use the screw to secure them together), however, there’s no instructions. I was able to figure it out (it’s really not hard lol) BUT I was a little lost on the stickers. I had to go to their listing here to see they were meant to help it to secure the bowl so that it wouldn’t move around. Well, I didn’t know beforehand so I used one set underneath to use it as a floor protector *shrug*. Don’t know what the clear bumpers are for though as I didn’t see that mentioned at all on here. So the sticker / bumper things were useless for me because I placed half in the wrong area and the other half didn’t seem to help secure the bowl at all. However, if I end up finding that to be an issue I’ll figure out something. I’m just appreciative of finding a slow feeder with a STAND that had good reviews to base my purchase on. My staffy puppy is fast growing and is quite tall-the slow feeder we were using before had no stand so it was just flat on the floor and it was quite small and hard to hold much food. This bowl though is really nice, great weight to it and a really pretty colour. I have no doubts it’ll be easy to throw in the dishwasher. It’s the perfect size for my fast growing staffy puppy who eats as if she’s been starved smh lol. It really helps her to slow down and (hopefully, enjoy the food too hahaha) no longer choke from eating too fast. She used to eat in half the time it takes my roommate’s GSD to eat (and he’s a big boy), but now the GSD finishes before my staffy! Super happy with the purchase. I first ordered the wrong size but set up an easy return and ordered the larger size with no problem, and I’m sooo glad I did.

Awesome feeder
Love the color height and quality of this- easy to figure out (only 2 pieces of the stand) and itâs stable while our dog is eating out of it. Itâs a good sized bowl and definitely slows her eating down. Better than the plastic feeders that get slimy- easy to clean and less toxic for my dog.

Very nice ceramic bowl
Amazing product. I had a silicone feeder, but he tore it up. With this, he canât slow feed and not chew on it. Extremely well made and came with little âfeetâ so it doesnât scrape.

Works well, I love that itâs ceramic, the size seems larger than 0.6 cup and it throws me off when Iâm feeding her. Color is a bit darker than the picture so it doesnât match her water bowl as wellâbut not a huge deal. Overall, we really really like it! Slows baby girl down.

We have a Golden Retriever who is highly food-motivated and managing her food consumption rate is a must. These slow-feeder bowls go a long way to moderate it. Weâve bought several because she eventually figures out a way to âget aroundâ the puzzle, which is normal. Changing the bowl to one with a different puzzle and feeding in stages helps to keep this behaviour in check.We have some hard plastic slow feeders, which are a lighter weight (and dishwasher-safe on the top rack) but they are also less resistant and more prone to breakage over time (as the plastic weakens). The Le Tauci versions are much heavier so the bowl is less likely to move around while in use. These ceramic bowls can be slippery when wet and will break if dropped.The circular silicone âfeetâ that come with the Le Tauci feeder donât stay adhered to the bottom over time. I stopped using mine after many episodes of gluing them back on. I put our dogâs bowl on a mat to reduce the risk of scratches on the floor and have not had any issue.This bowl is dishwasher-safe. Because itâs so heavy, I put it on the bottom rack. If weâre traveling with our dog, I bring along a hard plastic feeder instead of this one.

I have a 11 month old doberman who is a savage when she eats. I upgraded to these bowls from a Plastic slow feeder that was causing chin acne. I ordered one, than ordered a second right after cause they’re heavy, sturdy, and slows my girl down. I’m probably going to order a third one soon. It hold 2 cups of her kibble perfectly. Maybe be cautious if ur dog is super aggressive when eating as they could chip a tooth or something but these are a definite ðð.
