Completely transformed my dog for the better + excellent customer service
I have an extremely stubborn, powerful Chesapeake Bay Retriever. The only way to get his energy out is off-leash walks through woods and across fields. A problem started early on with these walks when he would start eating things that he shouldn’t, and which sometimes caused him to become sick. Because he would be several feet away from me when this happened, I was unable to stop him in time. Enter the shock collar. Being able to prompt from distance, he quickly learned that even if I was not right by him, he had to respond, or else.My dog also has a tendency to act aggressive towards other dogs when on leash and when he doesn’t get to “say hi”. He feels the tension in the leash and thinks he has to go into guard mode. Off-leash he’s fine and if the other dog is allowed to say hi he’s fine. But not every dog is permitted to say hi, and this was causing problems because he is powerful. I can manage him, but other members in my family couldn’t. Shock collar to the rescue again. If we saw a dog coming and the leash got tight, we had the remote at the ready to prompt him if his behavior was unacceptable.The great thing is that he’s learned to the point that if the collar is simply around his neck, he knows how to behave. The shock is barely used at all. The ping and vibration are enough to prompt him. Some might say a shock collar is a cruel method of training, but it has made taking my dog outside into public and on walks a joy, when before I dreaded it. And as I said, the shock mode is barely used at all.I’ve been using this product for 18 months and it performs so well. We do not leave home without it. Battery life is excellent. If the remote or collar are a bit low on juice, I can charge them via the USB cord in the car on the way to wherever we’re going. The range is also impressive. My dog will sometimes disappear into the woods chasing deer and I will lose sight of him. If he doesn’t return after a while, I can ping the collar to determine where he is. And this has actually become a useful signal for him to return to my side. He also likes to swim and does so almost daily. The collar is fully waterproof and has remained operational for months, despite being fully submerged almost daily. He is not bothered by the collar when wearing it, and he happily naps with it on. The remote is sturdy and durable, and fits well into your hand and pocket. The lock is very helpful to prevent accidental prompts, but it’s also readily accessible if you need to quickly unlock it. Operation is straightforward and intuitive.What has really impressed me with this product, though, is the customer service. A few months ago I had to order a replacement because I stood on the remote and completely crushed the antenna, drastically reducing the range and reliability of communication to the collar. Completely my fault and I was happy to purchase a replacement. After 3 months, the replacement remote suddenly and completely went dead. After some testing, I discovered that the remote was fine, but the rechargeable LiPo battery had lost its charge. I reached out to customer service on a whim to explain the problem. Without hesitating, they offered some suggestions on how to troubleshoot, but asked for my mailing address at the same time and offered a free replacement remote, which I received less than a week from my initial request. It paired perfectly to the existing collar.A great product backed by great customer service. I highly recommend.

Easy and Effective
This dog shock collar set is a great training tool. We have three dogs in our household, and it works for all of them. Just hearing the beep is enough to bring them all in. Itâs super versatile, with adjustable beep, vibration, and shock levels to match your dogâs needs. GREAT COLLAR & THE COMPANY REALLY STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!
I ordered this collar at the end of June. I was impressed by the super long battery life on both the transmitter and the collar/receiver. The charge lasts 30 days plus which makes it really easy to use because unlike other collars which automatically shut off after 6 hours, you don’t have to remember to turn it on before you let the dog out. The range is also impressive and far beyond what I expected, based on the false claims made by most other collar brands. While I haven’t tested to see if it actually reaches 4,000 feet, I have used it successfully at around 3,000 feet when my dog escaped from the back yard chasing a deer. Love that the intensity/volume of the vibration and tone are adjustable. Have never had to use the shock function as the tone and vibration immediately get the do’s attention and she come running back to me. The company claims a hassle-fee LIFETIME warranty. And guess what–THEY HONOR IT!! The end of the collar broke off one day. See the picture. Not sure why or how it broke. I called Amazon and they could not send a replacement because it was beyond Amazon’s return window. So I called Nikketta directly and they were exceptionally courteous in handling my situation. They sent out a free replacement collar within 7 days!! If you’re looking for a training collar that actually works as advertised–and a company that stands behind its product, I highly recommend this collar from Nikketta. The price is fair and their lifetime warranty is exactly that. THANK YOU NIKKETTA for a great product and for actually standing behind it!!!

Great training tool
Both of our dogs get a little hyper focused when something gets their attention. This works great to get their attention back on you. Most of the time the sound feature gets them back on track. If not, the vibration does it almost every time. I use the shock only when they get out of bounds of the property. Range is great! Being able to change the light to flashing is awesome when you let them out at night. Much easier to see where they are at. The charge lasts a very long time on both the collars and the remote. I have both the collars on very large dogs. 150 and 110 lbs. I don’t think I could get them onto a dog any bigger than that though. Highly recommended though!!

Best purchase ever!!
These collars have been a game changer for our 2 pyrenees mix puppies! They are outdoor dogs and love to roam our 4 acres. We were worried about them reaching the road and our neighbors houses or taking off after wild animals so purchased these collars with low expectations. Our dogs quickly learned to respond only to the beep and we rarely have had to use the shock setting on them. They respond very well to all commands without the collars now too but we usually keep them on during the day in case. I am impressed with the range of distance the remote covers and they have held up well in the water. Also impressed with the battery life. We have had the collars for 7 months and the collar part (not the actual electric part) recently broke. I called customer service about the warranty and it seems as though they plan to issue a new 2 pack of collars. They were easy to communicate with and if I receive the new collars I will be even more please with this purchase. Seriously, if you are doubting it- may be one of the best $60 I have ever spent. So great for our playful dogs who love to wonder and gives me peace of mind that they will always come when called.
