This King Mattress has transformed my sleeping experience. Defective or low quality product?
Defective or low quality product? Hard to say, since the costumer service doesn’t respond to my mails.After 5 days the matress is just 6,5 inches instead of 8, and 3 corners on 4 are smashed and not inflate. Totally disappointed, for sure I would not recommend to anyone.I’ll update my review if anyone from costumer service will finally reach me back

Setting it up was a breeze – simply tear it open from the plastic wrap and place it on top of the mattress. The topper fit perfectly on my full bed frame, thanks to the elastic edges that ensured it stayed securely in place. The comfort level is just right, providing the perfect amount of cushioning without being too soft or too firm.This is actually my second Vecelo product, as I also own a lighted headboard bed frame from the brand. Not cooling at all
I purchased this 4â mattress topper for a bed in my parentâs home where my husband and I sleep when we visit. The mattress is like sleeping on granite and I wake every morning with shooting nerve pain down my legs and arms. Since we are visiting more often as they age I wanted to find something that would help with the pain, and just as important, something that was cooling. My husband is a furnace at night and my parents donât have AC. With this mattress topper I was 50% successful.I purchased the full sized topper for a full size mattress and it hangs over an inch or two on each side, but better too big than too small. It does make the sheets fit wrong though. It took a couple of days for the topper to expand but I didnât detect any odor from the foam. I ended up rolling on it after a couple of days to try to even out the expansion. It helped, but there is still a ridge down the center where it was folded in half.The mattress topper is very comfortable, if a little hard. I didnât want something too soft anyway because I didnât want to sink in. Iâve only slept on it for two nights but I can definitely say I did not wake up in pain. For comfort I would give this at least 4 stars.For cooling however, it missed the mark. If anything, I slept even hotter than usual, and this is October in upstate NY! My husband who is usually dead to the world as soon as he closes his eyes, commented that he slept hotter than usual as well (and thatâs saying something!). That aspect was disappointing. The topper comes with a very nice zipper cover so can be washed. Perhaps if we removed the cover the cooling aspect would work better? Iâm not going to try it though.I have mixed feelings about this mattress topper. For comfort I would recommend. But if cooling is important stay away from this one.
