Cat scratcher and extra cat bed in one!
This is my second set of these, they are very popular with all my cats. They go nuts with the scratcher boards and then they snooze in the box. Each comes with several replacement boards and each lasts a long time. Highly recommended.

Best scratcher ever!
I bought my cats other, much more expensive scratching pads, which they liked well enough. But eventually they wear out and need to be replaced. At over $100 a piece I didn’t want the same ones, but the cheap ones always broke down quickly, and they were too small to support the weight of my chunky girl, who loves to lay on them.Then I found this. It’s big enough for her to lie on, and very sturdy, too. The five layers of cardboard make it downright perfect. When one is worn out, I can just flip it over. When both sides are done, I just move it to the bottom and it supports the others. My fat cat loves it (her smaller sister does as well, but she gets chased off when she tries to use it), and sleeps on it all the time. She also loves to just sit there and watch her people. This is the best money I’ve ever spent on my cats. It’s certainly cheaper than new slipcovers! The only thing I’d recommend more is pet insurance- which I sadly didn’t buy.

What can I say? It’s cardboard
Not much to say about this except that it’s relatively cheap and has lasted over a year for one cat. This is one of the only things my cat uses for scratching and while it’s only cardboard, I think that’s actually a pro since I’m not paying for some fancy frame that needs to be thrown away because the cardboard is worn down.Pros:- Simple- Five double sided layers- Layers are thickCons:- Not much at all

Lasted My 2 Cats almost 2 years!
I got this for my cats in September 2022, to replace their previous one. They have a lot of options here to scratch, but they both really enjoy the feel of the cardboard. When one side gets used pretty well, I just flip it or trade it out with one down below. The cats love to lay on this box as well, but only when it’s full so they’re not sitting down in it. It works great, the only cleaning I do is to vacuum around the box, and it’s so lightweight that there’s no problem moving it. I could not believe when I logged on to Amazon that this ONE BOX has lasted almost 2 years. It probably will make it to 2 full years because I just flipped the last one. They’ve clawed up the side of the box a bit, but not enough to make a difference in how they use the scratching pad. I am extremely pleased with this product, because it works well, and it lasts.

The box itself is very sturdy. It doesn’t feel like cardboard. The scratch pads are high quality and these are going to last me probably 3 years. Pick kitty up when she’s disrespecting her surroundings (it’s not a phase, mom), plop her in the box and move her little paws against the scratch pad. My miss GrayGray loves it. I knew she would because she has always loved these types of boards to scratch and lay on. I might purchase another one in case they stop selling these. (I hope the video gets attached. For some reason sometimes Amazon will not attach them.)Pros:The price for this is basically the price of the single ones.It comes like this… the box is doubled (thick) with a smooth edge, because the sides have been folded down like when you take a box and fold down the top into the box. The 16.34″ L x 11.42″ W x 5.51″ H is a good size for her… she is 9 lbs.The boards are thick so when one side is done you can turn it over. It comes with 5 boards, so because you can use each side it means there are 10 uses.Cons:You have to find a place to store the boards you’re not using. Such a big con… LOL.

This product is exceptional value. Five sheets that are reversible of the corrugated cardboard inserts.Strong and tough and the kitten loves to make it her bed. This is the first stage to her hopefully figuring out that she can also scratch inside it…as for the furniture I used sheets to cover my couch, put items beside the ends of my couch to prevent her access to the couch sides and am hoping in time she will discover how fun it is to scratch this box. There is enough to last her quite awhile. Some reviews sat they tapped the inserts to the wall, but I haven’t tried that yet. Thank you for a thoughtful well made design .
