Missing rod to put posts together
Missing a big part of the post, #2 which connects the to post together. Letter C and D. Hopefully the send #2 out quickly because I want to finish this post for my kitties. Update. They refunded all my money, so I could buy a new one. So I ordered it again. Great customer service! I gave it a 1 star but changed it to a 5 star because of the great customer service.

Decent cat scratch post!
This product was a pleasant surprise to unpackage and assemble. The parts are thick and heavy, with a good tight sisal wind. Assembly is very quick, less than 5 minutes. The final product is sturdy and stable with no wobble between the parts.I do have two observations that could use improvement but I will not remove a star for. First, it might have been nice to carpet the bottom base. The bare wood does not look too bad, but I think carpet might have been a good touch. That said, cats often tear up base carpet and the product looks bad, so maybe this is ok. Second, some non-skid pads for under the base would have been a cheap enough addition. This did not come with any, and you’d definitely want some if you place it on hard floors.Those minor quibbles aside, this post is solid and half the price of a similar height scratching post from the local pet store. Cats are enjoying it and are able to fully extend and scratch without it moving around (once I put non skid pads underneath). Good product for your felines and worth the price listed.

Stable Fun Scratching Post
This came with the parts labeled and a page of instructions. It was pretty simple to figure out how to assemble. My cat knew it was his once I opened the box and he started playing with it while I was assembling. He is a big cat and this is a good size for him and the base and all the parts are stable. It doesn’t wobble much when he scratches it, unlike his other ones. My cat likes the little trapped wooden balls and pushes them around without losing them because they are inside a track. I’m not sure if this type of sisal construction is going to hold up as well as the continuous sisal rope wrap. The post sections are covered with sisal carpet sections instead of wrapped with a rope. We’ll see if this holds up better or worse. I can see it going either way but it’s too soon to know.+Update: The sisal carpet covering seems to be holding up well so far. I think this one is going to work out good.

Very easy to assemble and my cat immediately loved it
Itâs small, but perfect really. Itâs super easy to assemble (I didnât even look at the directions). The bottom/ base never did line up perfectly and left a small gap, but the cat could care less and as such as do I. While I have a few scratching areas and posts, my cat favors this one. It was playing with the rolling balls that are in the base within a minute of me sitting it on the floor. I like that itâs small and I can put it pretty much anywhere without it being in the way or overly noticeable.

Tall, sturdy scratching post
This is a really nice-looking scratcher with square rather than round posts, and the rope runs vertically instead of horizontally. There are a couple of wooden balls that run around a track at the bottom. Hearing those brings my girls running.It’s a snap to put together, and it’s plenty tall enough for even my big girl to get a full stretch. Despite the height, it’s pretty sturdy. My nine-pound void monster can scramble right to the top without tipping it over. Fortunately her 16-pound sister is too lazy to try.

Perfect for my cat
Like most cats, mine loves to scratch. The go to object of his claws is usually furniture, which anyone with a cat knows well. This scratching post, however is a game changer.My cat is quite large, and he is especially fond of stretching his full length against a wall. This post is very tall, and as a result is perfect for him.. It was easily assembled, and is is very sturdy.Iâm sure he will find a way to destroy it over time, but while it lasts it is just what he likes.
