Super Fun Twist to the Typical Sardines Game
Seek and Hide Sardines by Starlux is a Super Fun and Hilarious Twist to the Typical Sardines Game. Not only did the Kids find the game Hilarious, but the Adults too! You never know when the Sardine “Saraphina” is going to start singing, and it takes a special tap/squeeze to get her to stop. It’s perfect for indoor and outdoor play, and as little as 2 people up to 10+ people. It was definitely the best game we took camping this year!

We bought this for our kids so we could have an active indoor game and…THEY LOVE IT! They think the singing fish is hilarious and cannot stop laughing with it. The game is super fun and simple. It is totally ridiculous in the best way but FUN!

Surprisingly FUN!
Not gonna lie, I was a little skeptical about this at first⦠it creeped me out ð But when I gave it to my boys and explained to them what they needed to do to play, the laughs never ended! They had a blast taking turns hiding with the fish and just thought the noses he made and songs he sang were hilarious. Definitely recommend for the kiddos!

Simple Toy to Spice Up Game of Sardines
As a kid, I always used to play Sardines. This game adds a fun element with the fish that glows, moves and talks. The person who is “IT” hides with the fish and then when you find the fish and person who is it you hide with them. The fun element is you never know when the fish is going to start singing and moving and give away your hiding spot! In order to quiet the fish down you have to tap her belly. This is not a super complicated game, but is a fun little addition to anyone looking for something to keep their kids busy this summer!

It’s fun once you understand the purpose of the fish!! Like hide and seek, plus a Jack in the box toy! Makes playing sardines more fun for the person hiding too! – Idk who did the voice over, but its funny and LOUD! hahaha very fun addition to the toy box!

I played this will all 4 of my boys, and it was really fun! My boys have always liked sardines, but Seraphina added a little craziness and extra fun. When we first opened the box and started letting her sing, they were laughing so hard. Fun twist on a classic game.

Bit Steep for a Singing Fish
What I absolutely love about this product is the fresh take it offers up to the concept of Hide and Seek. You’re essentially playing the game in reverse with this ridiculous, singing fish to keep quiet. Someone hides with the fish, then it’s up to everyone else to find (and hide with) the fish holder. Last person to find the group loses.So, yes, I really do like this concept. But there are notable drawbacks; primarily that a small hiding arena will cause this to be way less fun (more obvious where people are running to hide), and you’re paying the $25 list price for a singing fish doll. The concept is certainly fun, but not to the point that this becomes a worthwhile purchase at full price. Additionally, there’s only a single game mode to be had here, and (though it’s a lot of fun for a while) groups won’t turn to it quite as often as time goes on. This is to say that returns diminish here in a noticeable way.In any case, this is something that’s fun to have around on occasion. Even adults can easily enjoy this. And if it weren’t for that high price point, I could see thinking of this as a 4-star product. As it stands though, the cost-benefit analysis (alongside the overly simple nature of the game) leaves me at 3 stars; where I’d only recommend it on sale, and to a particular type of shopper.

Ridiculously Hilarious
The concept is so silly and simple yet it adds so much to the game of Sardines! Kids and adults thought this was hilarious! Nothing gets your anxiety pumping faster than a screaming fish when youâre trying to quietly hide! Thanks for the laughs Starlux!
