Perfect Blanket & Warranty!
Iâve had my blanket for several years and use it daily! The heating went out throughout part of the blanket (after 2 years of use) so I reached out to WOOMER and they were incredible with their warranty program. They were so fast to respond, they were very thorough and had a new replacement sent the next day. I love my blanket, it keeps its softness and the timer and temp option is perfect. The only side suggestion would be to get a longer or larger blanket to cover you head to toe. Iâm 5â3â and I like to snuggle under my chin but have to tuck my feet.

We bought this after purchasing fleece super soft sheets. Omg we never want to get up now. The blanketâs design is great. The two switches for dual control sit nicely on our nightstands. The timer goes to 12 hours and heat goes 1 – 10. So much better than the last heating blanket we had. This one isnât heavy and doesnât have the heavy wire running thru it. We purchased grey and itâs like a grey blue. Weâve been saving on heat overnight because we can turn the thermostat down low. Really soft. No noticeable smell like some commented. In fact it hasnât been washed yet so fingers crossed. Great purchase!

Stopped working after a few months.
I bought this in May so didnât really use it until this fall. It worked a few months, but all of a sudden it stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer to let them know, and they asked for a video. Ok – I plugged it in and said in the video itâs not working. I think it was ridiculous to ask for a video. How can I prove it doesnât work in a video. Anyway, that was a few days ago and I havenât heard back yet. I bought this because it had a 5 year warranty. What good is the warranty if the company doesnât stand by it. Buyer beware.

Amazingly light and Warm
I have had this blanket for many months. It works well to keep me warm and holds up after many washes.The fabric is cuddly, and the color (tan) looks great with everything. You will not be sorry unless you want a heavier blanket. I think this works for all adults, even frail seniors who need the warmth.

Terrific customer service and warranty
We bought this product feb of 23 it is soft like a blanket yet warms like electric blanket. In december 24 i got a error code on one controller. I was just going to get another blanket . I wrote company because it said 5 year warranty. I did not expect something almost 2 years old to be replaced totally . All they needed was original order number and a video of control and blanket. I had a new blanket same as original in 2 days no charge to me. I definitely will buy from this company again. And their boanket is soft not scratchy!

Too well for me because I got hot using it on low. It was pretty and soft and beautiful. Not too expensive if you need it about normal for electric blanket prices.I loved it and would recommend it. It was just wrong for me. I really wanted to keep it but of no use if it canât be used because too hot for me! And I wish a company would make one without automatic shutoff. Where you can turn it on and off simply yourself. This would turn off at the shortest I think in a 1/2 hour but might have been an hour. Honestly donât remember now. But it got too hot after 15 minutes for me and kept my bed warm with blanket or comforter over this electric blanket after that time. And you are supposed to put blanket or comforter over electric blankets so the heat stays in and under the covers to keep you warm. And it did after 15 minutes on it would keep my bed warm until morning. TOO WARM! But the company was very good about my return and refunding my purchase price. If you need a warm one you should LOVE this one.

Not great considering the price
Purchased my blanket a few months ago and it was perfect. Never had to turn it up very high, very soft and comfortable, only issue I had was it would slip down my bed all the time no matter what blankets I put it between. After about a month or so half of the blanket stopped heating all together and the heating itâs self weakened. I have to turn it up to 8 now where I only had to have it at 4 before. Decent enough blanket, just not great considering the price.
