Color is great! Heats fast! Flip it to put power cord at your feet! DO NOT wash electric blankets. They are an appliance and should not be submerged! I have oatmeal and window pane patterns. Both are very pretty!

Nice but wish it got warmer
This is my second electric blanket. I bought this one for the brown color (to hide dog hair, which it does), the material looked softer than the one I already have (which it is), and because of the Brookstone name.The blanket is nice – it is soft and the remote being built in is absolutely the best design compared to any other heated blanket.My only complaint is that it doesnât get hot enough. The other blanket I have I start on the highest setting for a quick warmth and then turn it down. This Brookstone blanket doesnât even get close to being as warm as the other one.

Great lap blanket and washes and dries nicely in a low dryer setting. Doesnât get so hot that youâre uncomfortable or could get burned if you fell asleep. Very lightweight.
