I gave this 4 stars because the blanket is so soft and love the sizeâ¦.its perfect. It heats very well, I only use the 1st level of heat because it heats so well and the battery last for several hours. The only thing I dislike about it is the battery pack takes FOREVER to charge. I plugged it in around 9pm and it wasnât fully charged until about 9am the next morning. Ridiculous that it takes 12 hrs to charge but other than that itâs a great purchase.

Like wearing a shawl
This is an amazing blanket. Itâs very warm and soft, just the right size. You can wear it like a shawl, and move around, without worrying about it falling off. It zips up the front and has a zippered, removable hood.The zippers are big and sturdy. The power pack and usb cable came in a case. The powerpack fits perfectly in the pocket on the inside of the blanket/shawl. You can adjust the temperature in 10 different settings. It also has a timer that you can set for 1-3 hours. I donât have to worry about my daughter leaving it on and walking away. I have washed it once, after removing the power pack. It washed well. I was afraid to put it in the dryer but ended up doing so under low heat. I hung it up to dry the rest of the way.This is a great idea; fantastic quality and I would definitely recommend this blanket.

The material is very thin. But the coils warm up plenty. Battery lasts several hours.

If you want a light back warmer than this is the item for you. But if you want something that actually keeps your body warm get something else. I had it one for over an hour and it barely heated up. There’s a bunch of wires in the back but nothing in the front. And personally I’d rather not spend $80+ on a back warmer. It’s soft and I did like the size but it’s just not worth it.

Wonderfully soft, nice weight, removable battery pack
I will admit I was hesitant to order this. For one thing, I order FAR too many blankets. I blame it on always being cold, but there comes a point when even I can’t justify another blanket showing up. My loophole, you ask? This isn’t TECHNICALLY a blanket… (*shrug*) Yeah, I don’t think my husband is gonna buy that either, but if asked to get rid of this vs a couple others that I’m fond of? Well, let’s just say this will have a loving home for a good while.Ok, so I worried with it zipping up that it might slide around weird and end up choking me since there are no sleeves to kind of keep the shoulders in place. However, the weight of this is so perfect that it just works. And the way it’s cut, it is still easy to move around in, use the computer, use your phone, etc.Then you have the material, which is wonderfully soft and isn’t a kind that is going to get all scratchy and weird after a few washes. It’s velvety and incredible.Finally, the battery pack! This function was just well thought out in my opinion. It’s fully removable so it’s easy to charge. Plus, the pocket on the inside of the shawl (see? Not a blanket!) has a zipper closure so you don’t worry about the battery pack falling out or getting bumped and unplugged.Overall, if you or someone you know likes heated blankets and/or is cold most often, then I don’t think you can go wrong with this. Yes, it’s definitely more expensive than if you just got a heated blanket, but those you can’t walk around in, nor will they wrap around your body without being held onto.Honestly, I probably won’t end up getting to use this though since my daughter runs as cold as I do. If I could afford another one, I’d buy it in a heartbeat… guess I’ll just have to love this one from afar…*sigh* 🙂
