Perfect for my dogs hair
I have a japanese spitz which has hair rather than fur. Her hair needs to be brushed once a day for it to not get gross, and most regular brushes and combs are either too wide and dont brush out the loose hair, or too fine and cant make it through her coat without pulling out hair more tha nneeded. This comb does just the trick where we can brush out some of the loose hair and dirt without damaging more than needed. if you have a dog with a double coat like mine, this comb is just what you’re looking for.

Ropo Pet Grooming Comb for Dogs and Cats, Flea Comb, Long Handled Pet Comb 2 in 1 Long is product reviewed.I have two short haired kids (one dog and one cat) so can’t say how well this would work for a long hair but it did a great job with the two. Both pets really enjoyed being combed and I noticed it enabled me to also check for ticks or skin issues because it separates the fur nicely. Definitely a good buy!

Great for removing tangles and knots!
The Ropo Pet Grooming Comb is great for removing tangles and knots. The tines are also close enough together that it can remove fleas from your pet also. This comb is easy to grip and use.

Cat Comb
This is a well built cat comb. My cat and I have tested a number of cat brushes, but this was the first comb. She loves being brushed, and will run up to me when she sees I have a brush, but I wasn’t sure how she would respond to this metal-rod comb. She was quickly purring as I ran it through her fur, so it seems to get full marks from her. It seems to be very sturdy and solid. I would not recommend it for a first pas on very tangled fur, since the sturdy metal teeth would pull hard on any tangles, but as a finishing touch on brushed fur, it is great!

Teeth are very close together
I have a long haired chihuahua. I attempted to use this comb on her and it couldnât even get through her hair. So, I used it on my pug and it works fine for short hair. This comb really seems much more like a flea comb, which could be invaluable if you have that issue. The handle is comfortable to hold. Since this could handle the fur of my dog with long hair, I am only giving it a 3 star rating.

Gentle but does the job!
Pardon the pet hair on the grooming comb. This is a good sized grooming comb with a silicon grip handle that makes it easier to hold without slipping. The bristles have a short and a big end so it covers a little bit deeper on the hair rather than just sitting on the surface like most of the slicker combs. I usually just use these on my dogs legs and not on his body because I noticed a little bit of tangling when I do this on his body hair. However, this is really good for those small hairs around the legs that the slicker comb is too big for. I love this brush, it does the job well and it makes me and my pup really happy.

This comb tames evil
Jake, my cat is a meenie, unless you are combing him. He is a Mainecoon and has a crazy amount of hair, when he gets knots, I use this to slowly coax them out and clear and gunk like build up.
