This review is for the Dog Playpen for Large Dogs – Safety Design Without Stakes for Indoor Use, Portable Ground Anchors for Outdoor, Yard and RV Camping, Threshold Free Door Ease to Access, 16 Panels 40″.Ohhhhh I could not be any happier with this! I have wanted one of these for a long time and I finally got one on offer and was able to snap it up fast! This is one heavy, heavy duty pen with the 16 panels at 40 inches tall! It looked like exactly what I wanted in the listing and it does not disappoint!So lots of uses for this around the house, camping, RVing… This thing did surprise me though with it’s weight! All the panels are shipped in 1 box! And at just shy of 69 Lbs it should tell you it’s heavy duty. I LOVE the hinge/pin system on how this connects with the screws to secure it! If you’re concerned about them holding you could always use zip ties too. You can always get ground stakes to further secure it.The 16 panel set comes with 2 gates and can be set up in lots of diff configurations or split into 2 pens! If you have a dog that likes to climb, you can always run an electric hot wire around the top bars too. This would make a nice pen with a netting over it for free range chickens as you could move it each day, but I wouldn’t consider it predator proof, but again you could run a hot wire on the outside and use a solar charger to deter predators.This is portable and would be great to take few panels to set up at an event, sports game…to have a contained safe space to put a blanket down, set a chair and if you have a toddler sit them with their toys on the blanket so you can watch the game.This is a great option too if you live in an apartment to set up a contained outdoor safe space for your dog. Or if you have a dog that’s not trained well and likes to charge out the door, set this up to contain them.Very easy open gate latches and no threshold to move over for in/out. This is important if you have small dogs/puppies or senior dogs or even if you’re handicapped like me…. just the low bar so less trip hazzard…. This absolutely a 5 star product! If I could give it more I would! And you just can’t complain about the price either for this pen! I’ve priced them for a long time trying to watch for sales/deals…Regular price $209.99 per the listing and there’s a $20.00 off coupon! For the quality and all the features, heavy duty… this is a great value at this price point for this 40 inch high 16 panels that includes 2 gate panels! Oh it has a nice black paint finish too. LOL. But as I always say it never hurts to watch for a sale/coupons, browse listings…As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed. The ZOMISIA Dog Playpen for Small Dogs; Play Pen Indoors – 8 Panels 32″ Playpens Indoor Safety Design Without Stakes, Threshold Free Door Ease to Access, Portable Fence Ground Anchors for Outdoor, Yard and RV Camping is a good quality product and has confined a bona fide escape artist.My roommate has a 1/2 Corgi, 1/2 Dauschound escape artist. He is able to slip out doors and escape tie downs no matter how deep theyâre embedded. This pen has kept him safely confined during outside time for several weeks now.I was impressed by the weight of this pen when I had to bring it in. Itâs heavy and more than sufficient for the small dogs itâs intended for. The 32â height is great because he canât get over it but even at 5â3â I can still step over it if I donât want to open the gate. The eight panels made a more than big enough area for him to play in but is small enough to not overwhelm my small condo front yard. The black metal looks very nice out front.This pen was easy to put together although itâs heavy enough I struggled a couple of times lifting and guiding the posts solo. It went up quickly and I like that you can tighten the connections once you have it arranged to your liking. Since the gate latch has to be lifted to open Iâm sure he wonât be able to escape that way unless he grows thumbs. Since thereâs no threshold he has no problem getting his short legs and low to the ground tummy in and out.I was worried about the sturdiness of the ground stakes but once theyâre in the ground the pen is very stable. He canât get under it or push it around. The thin size makes it easy to for these arthritic hands to push all the way down into the ground. I canât attest to its non-skid powers on inside floors because we have only used it outside.A quick Amazon search confirmed that the price is very reasonable for what you get so I consider this pen a good value. I highly recommend!
