My cat chases this thing all over the basement it works on the rug it works on the hardwood floor if it gets stuck it eventually shakes itself loose it lasts for a long time before you have to charge it and it charges really quickly the colors change from pink green and yellow and it seems that they go different speeds depending upon the color of the light it comes with extra fuzzies on the outside and the tools you need to take the hair out if it gets stuck in there or any fuzzies that get stuck from it rolling this is seriously the best toy my cat has she absolutely loves it I can put it on the floor and she is just off in her own world forever which gives us time to relax as a bonus… While she was in heat this kept her quiet and she was not yowling or crying or anything she played with his toy instead of trying to mate beautiful toy I love it!

Does what it says
This ball will jump onto rugs and run great still. All other balls I’ve gotten in the past have a hard time even rolling onto a rug. It keeps a good speed (when charged of course) and keeps my cats interest. I’m gonna buy another one for my other set of cats ( the older group)I have to keep seperated from the kittens. Both sets have played with it and loved it.

Heâs just not sure about it.
As I suspected, my cat just doesnât know what to think of this toy. it works just fine, but he will sometimes follow it if it goes around the corner and at the same time he keeps his distance and observes it. He still prefers to chase his plastic spring toys and boa feather on a stick over anything else. I will keep it though.

Better than the plain one, for people at least because it isnât nearly as loud when it crashes into baseboards etc. it does get stuck places as these types of cat toys usually do so the light helps when you need to find it. Does well on my medium pile carpet so that alone is worth the cost. The different modes are fun for the cats. Itâs been about 4 months since we got it and they still play with it. Holds a charge for a good amount of time as well- 2 days if you leave it on, a week or more if you turn it off when they are done.

My cat loves this toy. He chases it around the house. It has 3 different settings. It changes course if it hits an object. It flips around as it moves. Does Not Have A Way to Remove Hair and String that Gets Wound Around the Wheel
I really like the outer design of this interactive ball, and I really wanted to love it, but it has some problems, and I say this especially compared to a couple other interactive cat balls we already have.It is easy to charge and easy to operate. It charges up pretty quickly and holds the charge for a good long while.It has a lot of lights, which my cat is not too fond of too much light, so that is a bit of an issue. I think the light shows more than the other balls because of the plastic ring that is all the way around the ball, the light is reflected on the clear inside of the ring and makes it brighter. It is a bit loud, but all of them are since they are zooming around on the floor.I like the yellow fuzzy bunny cover and the strings that are attached to it. It does attract our younger cat’s attention. It zooms and flips around good. It has that tease effect too where it sometimes seems like it is not going to do anything and then it flips around and zooms around and our cat likes that.The huge downside for me, and the reason for 3 stars instead of 4 stars, is that there is no way to remove the plastic ring around it, which does make it more durable and sturdy, but it also makes it almost impossible to remove hair and string that gets wound around it. When that happens, it renders it immobile and can not zoom anymore. The first time, I did my best to get most of it out using a toothpick and a tweezer, but even that was difficult. So that is a big design flaw for me. And after a couple more times of trying to remove the hair and string, I just gave up and it no longer works so we just use the other couple of interactive balls that do not have a ring attached and are much easier to remove the hair and strings that get wound up.

Kitty loves it.
This toy is great and that it moves around sporadically and unexpectedly which really excites our cat. It’s also soft enough so when it pumps into walls and appliances it doesn’t make too much noise. We had early versions of this toy which I thought were good but this one is great because it has several settings for speed and sound. This is a toy you can even allowed to run at night outside of your bedroom and it won’t annoy you.

Cool toy
This is basically the same kind of toy as the interactive ball toys for cats: USB chargeable, moves in different directions including backwards, triggers the prey drive in our foster cats. They’re terrible about picking this up in their mouth and tearing off its fuzzy jacket and one of them had to be thrown out the first time it was used. The first time it reversed it scared one of the kittens.
