We purchased this bowl in 2022 and have used it two years happily in heated shelters we have for stray cats. It works beautifully to keep water for our outdoor strays. The plug from back then got damaged this year. We reached out to PETLESO to find out how to purchase a new power cord. They sent us one for free. Got the pet bowls in prep for winter. Turned it on to test it. Heated up fine. When the temps dropped here and really needed to use it the bowl will not heat up now! Out of my return window now and have a useless bowl.

Does the job
I was leary of this bowl when I first saw it. I still don’t like the idea of a thin USB cord as opposed to a regular plug in cord. Despite that the bowl seems to be working well. The only time the water has frozen is during our single digit temps. I think all these heated bowls are a bit overpriced.
