I was immediately contacted by the company when they discovered my problem. They are sending me a new one to replace the damaged one. They did offer a full refund however, I chose a replacement as I do like the playpen. I was highly impressed with the customer service I unexpectedly received. I will definitely purchase more items from this company.I gave this 1 star because 0 was not an option! I cannot believe that this playpen only lasted 1 week! My 9 month old pulled himself up with the ring they give you and the whole side came down!!! Definitely not worth the price.

So easy to assemble. Great size. I like how the sides are mesh so I can easily see my baby. Not ideal for a baby learning to crawl because the bottom is slippery.

Great Playpen
I am very happy with my choice, as a mother who is alone with her child all day long, in order to go to the toilet I must be sure that the child will not crawl anywhere, will be safe in my absence. I close it when I go away and leave it open when I am nearby and she comes in, comes out and plays. As a new mother, I choose useful things to help and this playpen will be one of those recommendations on my list.

Easier than typical play yards
We have the other, typical version of play yards, and my biggest gripe with it is that it can’t easily be set up or taken down. Easily takes about 15-20 mins to get it packed/set up. Not with this one! I love the ease and portability of it. It’s very similar to our Pack-n-Play, in terms of time to set up, but a bit bigger for more play space. It does zipper on the side, but we don’t currently use that feature. I’m not the biggest fan of the color; wish it was more neutral.

Use it on daily basis
This playpen is very simple to use I call it the ‘one-touch playpen. I donât need any help from others to set it up. Itâs as easy as unfolding and folding it back up for storage. It even comes with a bag to prevent it from collecting dust. There was a slight smell from the material when we first opened it, but it quickly went away. Since our little one has started crawling, we got this for her safety, and itâs been both safe and easy to use

This is a very easy and convenient playpen to use. I like how portable it is so you can take it anywhere you want to travel to. Itâs great that you can fold it then stick it in its travel bag to either store or take with you. I like how all the sides are protected by the padding

Set up was so easy to do. Follow the instructions so you don’t have to stop and start over. You have to lock the top rails into place before locking the bottom ones. Taking it down was more difficult, as I didn’t fully understand the directions. But after struggling with it, I finally got it folded down. After the struggle I then decided to watch the video and it was so clear on how to fold it up. I had to open it up just so I could try to fold it up and it was simple to do.Everything is very well thought out in this playpen. It’s a nice size and has 2 pull up rings to help your little one stand. The bottom of the playpen is not padded, but I had no problem finding a padded baby play mat that fits the playpen perfectly.The playpen comes with a zippered storage bag so taking this playpen on outings or on vacations is simple to do.I am very happy with this playpen.

So cool, very inventive.
I was amazed by this play pen. I haven’t looked at other playpens, so maybe the tech has just gotten really cool. This will not work unless you secure the top first. Then it will straighten and you fix the bottom. They both lock in place. This is to prevent any pinched fingers. I also tugged on it a bit and it didn’t budge. It was slightly complex to build at first, but once you get the hang of it should be easy. It is very portable and packable. It is really light weight. It is a nice size play pen. I think it would be good for babies, toddlers, and small animals. I also love that you can unzip just one side. It seems like it is an easy material to clean and the size is common so you can find a mat to place inside if you need a softer surface.My only con is the color. I wish it came in pastels.The current price is $129.99, but there is a $30 coupon.
