Amazing shampoo
Am simply in awe of this shampoo. Got a kitten from a rescue and after washing her with dawn dish soap she was still oily looking in the first picture. Second picture is after the shampoo and she is so soft and fluffy. Would highly recommended

Super clean pup!
I found myself with a bluetick coon hound having no experience with this type of dog. He doesnât appreciate baths and loathes the groomer (he has a stubborn streak) so bath time can be an adventure. If I donât do a good job he still feels oily afterwards when you pet him. Found this and it Works! Not too much scent wise, he didnât even blink. His fur is clean right down to his skin. I just lathered him up with a silicone brush and rinsed. Easy as that.

GREAT for removing what dawn dish soap can not!
After ear treatments, my cat had some oily residue that wouldn’t come off, even with Dawn dish soap (see the first photo). We applied the product to the greasy fur, waited for about a minute, and then rinsed it off in the shower. It worked amazing! (see the last photo). The scent isn’t strong, but it smells good. Very easy clean up.

Professional grade degreaser shampoo
Working as a dog groomer, I was trying to find a degreaser that actually did what it claimed to do! The Davis degreaser does exactly that, it cuts through grease and grime and leaves a squeaky clean coat. I use this as my pre-wash, really greasy pets get a bath in this followed by a hair specific shampoo/conditioner and i have had wonderful results. Highly recommend to groomers who need a very heavy degreaser that is designed for dogs ( stop using dawn people!!! lol)

Works GREAT!
My little cat gets so oily and no shampoo was working until this! She literally was getting bathed every 3 weeks because it was so bad looking but with this shampoo she is at 2 months and still looking nice and fluffy

We have a 95 lb German Shepherd/Husky mix dog. He has quite greasy skin. He gets a funky smell and gets quite itchy if he isn’t bathed regularly. This degreaser shampoo is the best thing we’ve found so far for our dog (we’ve tried lots of shampoos). It cleans him up, makes his hair soft, and has the longest-lasting effect. We can shampoo him once a month now. With other shampoos, we had to shampoo him again within 2-3 weeks. Love this shampoo!

Have only used it once so far. Certainly removed grease stains on my cat.

We have a tiny silky drop-coat Yorkie and decided to try out the Davis Degrease product that we saw in a grooming video online. The result was amazing! She is so soft and fresh smelling…the best part being that now, days later she still feels so soft and silky and retains the just washed scent with no greasy feeling at all. We have only used this product once as we just bought it last week, but we are thrilled with the level of clean we have achieved. We shampooed her first with our regular product then applied less than a diluted teaspoon of the Davis Degreaser with a mesh sponge letting the product sit on her coat for a few minutes. This product acts as a clarifying shampoo and really delivers.

I’m a dog groomer and this is the best way I’ve found to safely degrease those oily dog’s. I use this first and get the dog degreased then shampoo/ condition as usual.. You don’t need much and I use it deluted and full strength depending on the dog and situation.. Goes alone way and you don’t need much to do the job.. I understand it works well for cats although I have personally not tried that.. It’s a must for any dog groomer to have in their arsenal of shampoos.. I wish Amazon sold the larger size that would be amazing.

I have a very oily hairless cat. He gets stained easily. I find Dawn dish soap gets most of those stains out. The only real difference is The cat felt cleaner for almost a week. His skin was really soft. I will stick with this product for that reason alone. Wish it could really get out tough grease stains on the cat’s skin.
