Fun and Affordable Cat Hammock That My Cats Actually Use
Trying out new cat beds and houses is always a gamble with my picky cats. The more fun or unique the product, the more likely they are to ignore it entirely in favor of a pile of folded laundry or an old Amazon box. So, I wasnât expecting much with this hammockâbut I was wrong.From the moment I started assembling it, both cats were intrigued. They watched intently as I put it together, which was fairly easy overall. Itâs nice that the kit includes a screwdriver, but the tool itself is tiny, low quality, and not very practical. Two of the screws were especially tough to drive into the hard wood, and I ended up bending the screwdriver trying to get them in. The small handle also made it hard to grip. Once I swapped it out for a better-quality screwdriver, the assembly went smoothly. The build quality of the hammock is decent, and the design is cute.The real surprise came when I set it down. One cat immediately claimed the lower level and got comfortable. Moments later, my second cat climbed on top, batted at the cat below, and then settled on the upper level. Since then, theyâve been using it off and on, and while I often find one of them perched in the middle where itâs covered, itâs rare to see both on it at the same time.Overall, this is a fun and affordable cat hammock that both my cats actually enjoy. If your cats are anything like mine, itâs worth giving it a shot. Hopefully, theyâll love it as much as mine do.

Easy to put together, but watch the details
Titas and Brindle got a new place to hang, literally.The kit is well made, but involves some elbow grease – about the same difficulty as any Ikea project you might have done. The kit includes screws and even a screwdriver, and adequate instructions on how to put it all together (although the photos are too small to make the slots on the dowels stand out). The four ‘crossbeams’ (which hold up the hammocks) have to be put together with the provided 8 dowels and 4 pieces of PVC (I think) piping. Note that the dowels are slotted. The slotted ends go into the piping – just shove them in. Do NOT insert the non-slotted end into the piping or you’ll be doing what I did, having to pull it all apart. Once you’ve got the four crossbeams put together, you’ll need to stand them all on end and make them all the same length, using a hammer or something heavy. This is to assure all four crossbeams will support the two endframes correctly. Slip on the two hammock covers and screw it all together with the provided screws (I found it easier with a drillgun and phillips bit than the screwdriver, but your mileage may vary).Past all that, it’s just convincing the two cats that hanging in the hammock is way cooler that jumping into the box from the last Amazon delivery. Cats…go figure. Value-wise, it seems a bit pricey at first glance, but when you consider the effort involved in doing it yourself, and the relative good quality of the kit, I think it’s worth it. The cats are checking it out and will get their reports in soon.

Cat cuteness!
I got the cat hammock that allows for two cats on a bunk-bed like hammock. This is so perfect for my two cats that love to be near each other and sleep in the same bed regardless if they have two beds! I thought this would serve itâs purpose but the cats still try to squish in one hammock. They would sometimes split between the hammock but itâs so cute regardless! The material is simple and installing it was a breeze.Overall, cute cat hammock! Itâs not their primary bed, but theyâre able to lounge in them in the livingroom. I highly recommend this if you have cats! Itâs too cute to pass up!

Nice design, needs more QC
The design is nice, and I’m sure my cats would love it. But unfortunately, the four dowels that run the long way inside pockets on the bunk bed hammock part were not the same length. Three were fairly close, but the fourth one was a full inch off. There’s no way to assemble the bunk without cutting the dowels to be the same length. Big disappointment, because it’s such a simple product and it shouldn’t be a big problem to make sure four sticks are the same length.

Get this is you love your cats
This cat bunk bed is a total steal. It was so easy to install and comes with all the necessary tools and equipment. And once set up, very sturdy. And â the catâs love this!!!! This has become their favroite new bed and they have enjoyed taking their naps on here, Def recommend if youâre a cat lover â get it for your cat, your friendâs cat, or your coworkerâs cat.

Cat hammock
As you can see in the photos, 2 of our 3 cats tried it out while building it. Our cats are 7lbs, 11lbs, and 12lbs. All fit comfortably on the hammock. They also enjoy hiding from one another on it or playing while one is on the top, and one on the bottom. All of the necessary tools came with the set, however it takes a little muscle to get the screws tight. We ended up using a bigger screwdriver since the one that came with the set, was really tough to turn. We also found that it was easier to do one side of the dowels first before adding the covers.

Cat hammock bunk bed
Easy to put together, wood frame and canvas material. Comes with all you need to assemble, the screwdriver it includes works but be careful not the strip the end of the screw. The cats love it and one settled in right away. Very happy with it.

This two tier cat hammock is really great. It’s like a bunk-bed for cats!Material is excellent quality and assembly is very easy. Bed is a good size and can accommodate cats of various sizes and weights.My cats really like it. The girls take turns having naps on it. I’m happy.
