Great for back support
Good quality and it was vacuum sealed and once unsealed it opened up very quickly. I put it on top of my bed and put a sheet on it. Very comfortable and it doesnât get hot when Iâm laying on it. I hope it will help relieve my back pains. I only wish it had straps to hold it down with the mattress (besides that I like the product so far).it was less than a 100 so I guess it was good value for the dollar.

So 4 days into sleeping on it!
First what what we like about it so far is we are sleeping on the very firm side we will try the less firm in about a month but so far it feels very nice both of us weigh roughly 250 210 .And it’s holding us up very well good for our backs if it’s on our king size bed hangs over just a little bit but we can deal with that. Very well packaged they even give you a little thing to slowly cut the bag open which was very nice and the pamphlet is very well made to talk about the product and every kind of language it seems finally found our English instruction so far I have nothing to say bad about it

Purchased the 3 inch queen. Currently using the firm side and loving it. Did let the topper expand and sit out for 72 hours before putting on the bed. It expanded to the full 3 inches; noticed a slight odor the first night of sleeping on it but did not linger.

Easy to open and install. Did not notice any odor after l left it lay open overnight. It is comfortable. Iâm trying the soft top first, because l just got home from a 2 month hospital and therapy stay. I slept like a baby.

Edit: the company responded to my review and refunded the cost of the item. I very much appreciated their assistance and backing of their product. I increased my rating from 1 star to 3 due to their attention in this matter. Although their shipping system may need revamping, the company did well in making it right and I would no longer recommend avoiding the seller.âââââââââââ-The mattress pad foam is torn halfway through the thickness and most of the length of the pad, on the inside of the folded product (not damaged during shipping or opening). It is impossible to repack the pad once the vacuum seal is broken and no way to contact the seller. Amazon is not helping- I must repackage the thing to get a refund or replacement, and as stated, this is impossible. No way to contact Amazon to discuss. This is an utter scam. Do not buy from this seller, do not buy this product.If anyone wants to contact me, Iâm happy to revise my review if I get a un-damaged replacement.
