    Not great, flimsy
This comb feels cheap. The teeth don’t stay firmly in place, so you have to hold the slider down while combing. Also, when the power is turned on, it makes a constant beeping sound which my cat hated immensely even before I started to comb him. After getting bitten trying to use it with power on, I just turned it off and used it as an okay fine-toothed comb until the better product I ordered to replace it arrived.I wouldn’t buy again, nor recommend.

    Trash
Complete junk! Received item today, immediately opened and the battery compartment has a weird design. You can only put the batteries in 1 at a time because of the plastic casing that isn’t stable. It falls apart. Once the batteries are installed the battery cap will not stay on. I had to hold the cap will using the product. It beeps a low beep constantly when on but doesn’t do ANYTHING! I can still see fleas crawling on the comb. It doesn’t shock. Removing the batteries is even more difficult than putting them in. Don’t waste your time buying this chunk of plastic.

    Ok
It worked roughly the same as a regular flea comb. The zapper didn’t work well.

    The use
I received it, opened the pack, it was new out of the wrap…..But the first problem I encountered was that the battery retainer clip would lock down.I had to tape it around to hold my batteries, which are (2) AA batteries….I secured the batteries, I was able to start it, it started, and it was like it needed to warm up before I could see any action. It kind of started, it killed some fleas, but I could still see many walking around on my dog ….That’s my experience, if you had a better experience, please do write it …..

    Waste of money
I would have given negative stars if I could. After putting the batteries in it wouldn’t stay closed. It is so cheaply made it looks like an imposter or a kids toy. The on/off switch is cheap, I thought it was going to fall off when I switched it on. Do yourself a favor and do not buy. I bought a robicomb and it works, it says it’s for lice but it works on fleas too! It’s just under $25 with tax. It it works and is worth it!
