Twist the upper food lid until it opens and screw the rotating cover of the treat dispensing ball.
Remove the power core of dog food toys.
Unscrew the back of battery box with the screwdriver; insert a pair of AAA batteries and tighten the screws

Dogs love it!
The engineers who designed it were brilliant except for turning it on…For some reason it is not just a on off switch. You have to press it for (instruction manual says 3 seconds) for at least five seconds.I thought it had broken… it had not, just a weird turn on switch.I bet a lot of these are in the dumpster as a bad bet. But they are not, just a weird turn on switch.

Compre este juguete porque vi algunos usuarios que hablaban muy bien de este, dude mucho en comprarlo porque de donde soy no hacen envÃos de este producto, al final de tantas opiniones positivas de este juguete me anime y lo compre, me lo lleve a mi paÃs y ahora me arrepiento, mi insatisfacción es porque no funciona, del material tengo mis dudas que dure o sea re4sistente porque lo siento algo liviano, pero ahora creo que durara mucho ya que no lo usaran mis perros, con respecto a que no funciona según instructivo el juguete funciona con 2 baterÃas AAA, para instalarlas hay que desarmar el lado opuesto del gravado del PETGEEK, el desarmado es super sencillo, el problema es que le he instalado dos paquetes distintos de baterÃas nuevas y no funciona (use esas mismas baterÃas para otros productos que las necesitan y funcionan perfectamente). me entristece mucho que funcione el producto porque cometà el error de enseñárselos a mis perros y se quedaron buscándolo, aparte tambien compre el PLAYBONE siempre de PETGEEK y ese si funciono super bien, la diferencia podrÃa ser que el playbone es recargable y no usa baterÃas desechables.

So frustrating!
The directions say to open the upper food lid. Step 2. Remove power core – after googling and searching the web, I finally learned the power core is in the OTHET end. Directions should say that.They include a ver small screwdriver to add batteries but the screws immediately stripped and are too tight to loosen. So, no batteries ð¢Very disappointed for $15!

Works fine- but our dogs didnât get too excited about it
This is a pretty neat product. It does what it claims to do. When you turn it on the ball rolls automatically and the treats come out. My one dog was excited about it but the other didnât really care too much about it. I did not like that you had to unscrew the whole thing to put in the batteries. It would be easier if it was rechargeable via USB. This isnât something that we will continue to use with our dogs. They just didnât enjoy as much as I thought they would. It must be all dependent on your dog and what they like. Overall itâs a good product and works well.

Fun to watch
I bought this as a gift for my dog. He first looked at like it was going to attack him. He then realized it was dropping out treats, and chased it around the house. It has been fun to watch. He now bats it around and chases it around the house trying to get treats out. It is a fun toy for dogs.

Was fun while it lasted.
After running for a while I guess the compartments to the battery and treats came loose and my dog found more fun in chewing those. Got them away from her the first two times but the third time she chewed on the cover to the battery compartment so now it does not secure and that is the end of that toy.

La cosa esa nunca funcionó. Compramos pilas diferentes y al final lo terminamos abriendo y vimos que ni siquiera tiene un mecanismo de arranque. ES UNA ESTAFA!Para colmo, lo quise regresar y no lo aceptan de vuelta. Me devolvieron mi dinero pero me quedé con esa basura.
