Cat eater bowel for traveling
I put velcro on the bottom of this bowel and mounted it in my trucks center console. It works great. On spilling of water or sloshing around. The dogs love it.

Works if you don’t have a determined cat
This bowl may claim to be spill-proof, but my remarkably determined cat has ingeniously discovered how to maneuver it across the floor, resulting in some water splashing out in the process. He adeptly seizes the bottom opening of the dish with his paw, effortlessly detaching it from its mat and dragging it across the floor. He is one strong kitty! It would be better if it had solid sides without any openings for crafty paws to grasp. Furthermore, while the inner ring is intended to sink as the water is consumed, it fails to function as intended, likely due to its lightweight construction. A stainless steel version might offer a solution, providing added weight to the bowl for improved stability and functionality.

Perfect!
This bowl is so handy as I am raising two very small breed puppies that are my pets. Always in the past with puppies, I could never find a bowl that they wouldn’t either nearly immediately tip over or playing. This little bowl is a game changer when you’ve got rowdy fur kids and I will never be without one handy from now on! Five stars all day long 🙂

Very thin plastic
This bowl has very thin plastic on all 3 pieces. Very flimsy, and deformed slightly out of package. Don’t think it will last long, definitely keep it out of the sun! Top cover was very hard to remove to clean it. You need to be very careful not to crack/ break it just trying to wash the bowl. Every other bowl we have gotten has been much thicker and much more durable. This is the first thin, cheaply made bowl I have received, so we will see.

Not what I had hoped for.
From the description, I thought it was going to hold the water down, underneath the top cover. But, there is always water on top of the cover. Another issues is that my small dog had trouble pushing the cover down with his nose. Would be better for a large dog.

Sharp edges
The top ring is very difficult to get off (which probably helps keep the bowl water tight). The handles on the sides have sharp edges which makes it painful to use the handles as leverage when trying to remove the top ring. Once the top ring is removed, the top of the bowl itself is very sharp which makes cleaning the bowl by hand painful.Also, my dogs would not drink from the bowl even when it was the only water source. Instead they pawed at the bowl until they turned it upside down and then they drank the spilled water off the floor.
