Idk why there are any negative reviews on this pillow. I got one for me, my brother, and my bf and we all love it! It’s very soft and I love that if it’s too fluffy that you can take out as much filling as you like. We all love the cooling side (especially since we are all really warm when we sleep at night). To us, it’s the best pillow we have ever had. My neck feels better sleeping on it at night and I sleep like a baby. 10/10 recommend to anyone and I mean it.

Great Pillow
Our pillows were old and sagging. I took a chance on these and it was a good bet. They are firm – so if a firm pillow is your thing it is a winner. The cool technology seems to work well. Living in AZ, I am looking forward to see how it works in the summer. I think this is a good product. I yopu want a soft feather feel that collapses around your head, this is not for you.

Feels like sleeping on a giant marshmallow!
I stumbled upon this set of pillows because I had to return a previous set due to no cooling effect. This set has the cooling effect which I really really like. We did not have to remove any filling because the pillows felt very comfortable as is. The gel memory foam is so comfortable that we finally felt we slept through the night and got a good night sleep. The price was great for a set of 2 pillows. I am looking forward to more wonderful nights of sleep with these pillows. I highly recommend these pillows!

Very small width wise
Decent quality and filling. Itâs not too thick or thin. One side is cooling with a silky feel and the other is soft. My 7 yr old son likes it. He gets hot and wanted a cooling pillow. Most of those are super expensive or so thick his neck and head are at an odd angle. I didnât want that and this is the right thickness for support. It did smell a bit funny out of the packaging and it had to âinflateâ a bit. It is kinda small though. Itâs really a toddler size for about a 3 yr old IMO. Still works.

Purchased king size and have no regrets! The right amount of support that is firmer on cool side and a touch softer on bamboo side. These pillows donât flatten! Complete adjustable comfort!
These pillows are absolutely worth the money!!! My husband is loving his just as it is! Nice and firm but forming to his head and neck, plus the added benefit of the cooling!! I had to take a little bit of the filling out of mine so make it less firm. It was easily done with the easy access point of the zippers. And I love the fact that should I decide I want to have it more firm later on, I can add it back in (saved my fill in a shopping bag, tied up and stored away).Another great benefit is the filling is in a separate pillow cover so should the pillow need to be washed, the outer cover can be taken off, washed and bam! No big bulky pillows in the washing machine! We have had our pillows since early September and we never go anywhere without them! Hope this hopes someone.

Exactly as described, I am not disappointed with this body pillow. Thick and fluffy with great shape. The cool side actually works, really like it since We are having 30 deg. Celsius days where we are and this pillow ysatys cool and silky feeling. Noy hot and heavy. Really enjoying it in every position possible. Finally a pillow that doesn’t flatten in a couple of days.
