SIZE – The Portcullis Gate measures 4″ across, 0.6″ thick, and 4.1″ tall. The Dungeon Door A measures 4″ across, 0.6″ thick, and 2.5″ tall. The Dungeon Door B measures 3″ across, 0.6″ thick, and 2.9″ tall. And the Side Door measures 2″ across, 0.6″ thick, and 2.1″ tall. These doors are for games that support 28mm-scale. They were selected for convenience and go well with most of the standard minis.

What about that gate
I love the product once assembled. There are a couple of issues: the doors on the gate tend to be rough to stay and break easily. Its the same with the port Ulloa. We made it work though! My players were impressed and we are happy.

Too many pieces did not fit well
Overall product is reasonable attractive, very sturdy and functional once constructed. Several pieces, espcailly on the “T” wall pieces, were much to thick for the provided holes and needed substantial sanding to fit. The directions provided for the gatehouse and dungeon entrance were fair, you could follow them but they certainly could have been more clear, espcailly the fiddly bits part about mounting the portcullis. No directions were provided for the walls, it took a bit to figure out exactly how the different pieces went together but once I got the hang of it it was pretty simple. I did have one small piece that cracked but not so much the the piece was useless.

Hard to get out of the template, some parts broke while trying to fit together had to rig it with some glue to at least get the gate to go up and down.

Better do the assemble perfect on your first try…
This product seems great at first. Construction looks sturdy and looks like a great addition to an DMs terrain kit. However the assemble I instructions are unclear at best. The pieces were not cut for easy assemble either as I had several pieces break during the assembly. The directions are jumbled and in small print, I got most of the way through putting together the dungeon door only to find the direction had me place two interior pieces upside down. I could not dissemble the gate as it kept breaking instead and I could not finish assembling it either. DO NOT purchase this until the company fixes its instructions.
