Quite amazing!
My young boston terrior (a bulldog) runs in a dog park daily with other dogs and can be quite irritating to some of the dogs because of her insistence to play. She occasionally needed to be physically picked up and removed from the playgroup because of her overexcitement. We put the collar on without a lot of hope but wanted to try everything possible. The first couple times she seemed surprised and circled herself looking for the offending agent. If she continued rough play, we turned vibration up a notch. We also used the beep a few times to see if that would interrupt her play cycle. Amazingly, she began to respond to the beep and began to return to home base (owner) of her own accord. When she did that, we gave her a lot of praise and then encouraged her to continue play. She is now reliably paying attention to the beep and seeking out her owner so we can settle her down a bit. We could never have dreamed it would work this way. I believe it is a combination of the interruption of hyperattention to rough play, some minor anxiety when she feels vibration/beep and then reinforcing the behavior to return to the owner. Nothing short of a miracle. It says it is for under 15 lb dogs but my dog is 25 lbs and I believe the collar would fit maybe up to 40 lb dog.

One sound level, 9 vibration levels
I bought this collar to support training of my deaf seller puppy. She was taking an interest in chasing cars and I was afraid for her safety.Pros: The included collar (1) is long, great for tiny to large breeds.Battery life is 4-5 days. Remote allows you to hold the button and it vibrates/sounds as long as you hold the button.Small device doesn’t bother small or large dogs, compact design of both collar and remote makes it easy to take with us on trips. Charger has two plugs so you can charge both remote and collar at the same time.Collar makes a sound when it needs charging.Cons: It only comes with one collar, I cut mine to fit the pup and ended up having to buy replacements for our other pup.

Good Training Device
This is a good training device for puppies. Ours responded well to the chime as just a little reminder not to engage in a particular activity. Our little strong-willed pup did not respond at all to the vibration, just shook his head, even when we had it at Max of nine. The picture shown in the review is to show that we changed the collar. The color that came with it was not an easy snap collar. It was really really poor quality and really scratchy so we took the device off and put it on a color that was easier to put on and off a wiggly pup. I would definitely have given it five stars if it had not been for the issue with the collar

Doesn’t have everything
I purchased this collar and the Teptec Smallest & Lightest Anti Dog Bark Collar/Training Collars for Small Dogs 5-15lbs. The later claims to be the smallest and lightest collar while this collar claims to be the smallest. I needed a small remote and only one that had a beep, so I decided to buy both and compare. Neither one sounded perfect in the reviews. (I currently own one that is a collar that beeps but it only works if the collar is in front of her neck so it doesnât often go off.) One review mentioned that she put the receiver on a different collar so that is what I decided do.The photos show the remotes side by side and them on a scale with and without the collars that they came with. You can see that the they are approximately the same weight and size of each other. Although in the photos of the Teptec it is deceiving that theirs looks to be smaller and says that it is lighter. THAT IS NOT TRUE. The Teptec receiver alone is actually heavier and it is the same size. I am also showing photo of the receiver with the collar from the Teptec that hasn’t been cut. The eXuby has the other collar on it so it is a little heavier.Benefits of the Exuby over the Teptec 1) louder beep 2) blue remote which is easier to see than black 3) charging cord has 2 ports instead of one to be able to charge both receiver and remote at the same time 4) receiver is easier to turn on and off and shows when it is full when chargedDisadvantages 1) you have to wake up remote by tapping it once before it works 2) parts may come off or apart holding receiver on collars (they provide additional pieces) 3) does not feature shock mode if you need that (confusing since when changing modes there is a shock symbol) 4) not waterproof as Teptec claimsNeither: sound level can not be adjustedI am keeping this collar since the advantages out way the disadvantages.I’ve updated my review from a 3 star to a 4 star since owning it, the collar keeps a charge longer than expected. I don’t really have to put it on her very often though. I have only charged it a few times. The remote I have only charged once since buying it in July and it is now November. So overall, I am pleased with it.

Don’t waste your money
We have a 4-month old, 4-pound Yorkie puppy. First, we tried the “sound” deterrent and immediately recognized that the pup was not fazed at all. So we picked up the pup and found that we could not hear anything. The âsoundâ is so weak that we had to literally had to put it next to our ear to hear it. There is no volume control for the sound deterrent therefore it is not a deterrent. Second, we tried the âvibrateâ deterrent and found that the pup did notice something on the number 3 level. However, we found that over a period of only 5 days, as we increased the âvibrateâ level in order to get the pupâs attention, that the pup was able to totally ignore even the highest âvibrateâ setting on the device. Therefore, we have determined that this expensive device is not effective at all. Either we have the worldâs smartest 4-month pup or this device is a waste of money. I wish we could get a refund.

Best part is no shock.
This collar is great for my 17lb MaltipooHe really behaves when he has this on. Just beeping him works great for walks when heâs pulling he only needs to be beeped and he stops but you can hold the button and it beeps continuously he really doesnât like thatIf heâs being especially naughty or is in danger and I need him to come the vibration is very useful Great trading tool and very humane without the shock!!
