Operating Instructions 
Warm Notification:
1: Do not put the collar on for over 4 hours. It may cause discomfort to your dog.
2: For safe and efficient training, it is recommended to Start Vibration or Static Training from Low to High Level.
3: The static mode should be the last stimulation to use. We recommend to use a strong vibration stimulation before applying static.
NOTE: The shock receiver’s contact points is made of high quality alloy, which better protects the dog from metal stabbing, but the material is brittle, in order to prevent breakage, the installation of the metal column only needs to be screwed to the right position with the test plate, without using too much force.
SAFETY WARNING:
NOT FOR AGGRESSIVE DOGS. Do not use this product if your dog is aggressive or prone to aggressive behavior, aggressive dogs may cause severe injury to their owner and others.
Is the collar receiver and the remote waterproof?
Our dog shock collar receiver is IPX7 waterproof, you can rest assured to take your dog running or swimming in the rain, but the remote control is not waterproof, please stay away from water sources as far as possible.
Why might the shock post of a dog training receiver be prone to breakage?
Contact Point is made of high quality alloy, which better protects the dog from metal stabbing, but the material is brittle, to prevent breakage, install the metal post by simply screwing it into place with a test plate without using too much force.
Does it automatically detect barking? Or do you have to control it with the controller once your dog barks?
Our dog training collar can’t automatically detect dog barking, so you need to manually control the remote control.
How far is the Remote control range?
Max to 2500ft, the range will be impacted by terrain, weather,obstacle, vegetave cover, radio equipment, etc.
How tight should the collar fit around my dog’s neck?
The dog shock collar receiver needs to fit snugly around the dog’s neck. If the signal sent does not respond to the dog, you can try to tighten the collar to ensure that the metal contact point of the receiver is able to dog contact the dog’s neck.
