Works awesome for us! I made one fix…
It works! I’ve had ours for a while and it’s worked well for a few months with no issues. I ordered a set of USB C plugs to guard any incidental spills from getting inside the unit. They can be found here on Amazon. It does take a few moments to heat up- and to help it stay hot I give it a hot rinse between flavor changes. My suggestions to the creators would be make it water tight, add some color handle choices, and heck, maybe sell a turbo model with a bigger handle (that holds the extra batteries for said turbo heating) and that’s about it!

Works as advertised
Scoops the ice cream with ease.Doesn’t get hot but warm enough to to scoop the hardest ice cream with ease.Don’t submerge in water or put in the dishwasher though,The charging port is not covered.This is a “hand wash only” item.

Worked great, easy to use
Plugged it in, and it charged up in about an hour. Picked it up, and it starting heating up. It doesn’t get really hot, but it warms up enough to scoop ice cream – and it does it well! So far I am very impressed.

Not too quick on warm up
It is just ok. My 81 yr old mom lives with us and I thought this was a no brainer for her. But I have used it as well as her. It isnât all that quick on cutting thu the ice cream. It is better than a traditional scoop. Just not was I was hoping for

As an avid lover of ice cream, I hated the stuggle of having to scoop. This heated scooper works outstandingly. Fits very well in your hand and is comfortable to use. Each scoop comes out easy. Would definitely recommend

Works great. my 10 year old grandson can get his own ice cream no matter how hard it is frozen. This is the second one I have owned. The first one got ran through the dish washer. There is a reason the instructions say not to do that 🙂

This thing is so cool itâs hot!
I like this more than I thought I would.The base has a little digital screen that tells you the scoops temperature. It also displays the charge level when itâs plugged in and charging. This charges with a usb-c to b cord thatâs included in the box, you just need the charging brick.The scoop is a nice, classic size.. similar to the kitchenaid branded scoop that looks similar (but doesnât heat).It feels good in the hand.The materials feel nice and solid. It doesnât feel cheap at all.The scoop heats up when you hold it in your hand. I like that feature, as I wonât have to worry about it somehow activating in my utensil drawer. It took about 25 seconds or so to get to 125F.The scoop continued to heat up as I held it.. at one point it made me nervous as it just kept going up and I didnât know how to turn it off. All I had to do was set it down.. after 40 seconds it stops heating.The only thing that gives me pause is cleaning it. The instruction manual gave no advice regarding cleaning. I assume you just rinse it off manually. It has an open charging port so I donât see the dishwasher working out very well for this product.Overall I like it and am happy to use this in my ice cream endeavors.

DOESNâT WORK- not stable heat
The scoop cannot maintain the heat necessary to scoop deeper than a sliver. Could not scoop nondairy Ben and Jerryâs, very disappointing

Iâve always wanted an ice scream scoop but I didnât not imagine it to be like this. I honestly didnât ready the instructions, I was washing it and wondered why it was getting warm, it was my kids who told me that it is self warming and gets warmer quicker under the warm water. Then they taught me about all how to use it. Pretty cool !!
