Best for my short, fine hair
Coated bristles, metal barrel, & shaped handle make this brush the perfect hair tool for my short, gray & white, baby fine, & totally straight hair. The metal heats up without burning my hair (or scalp), gives my hair some lift, but no hair-raising static like the plastic barrels give me. I have dermatitis, arthritis, & neuropathy (yup, a trifecta!) in both hands so the shaped handle gives me leverage when blow-drying & styling my hair.

UPDATE: I’ve been thinking of this & knew I needed to be fair & give Conair the whole 5 stars. It’s been 2 months & I have several brushes but this is the one I grab every time. I bought it just for my bangs but now also use it to straighten the rest of my hair. Curling the bangs slightly is easy to do with this brush. I’m sorry Conair, I should have waited longer to ‘get the hang’ of this smaller brush. Back of hair, either brush it straight down or curl ENDS ONLY. Otherwise you will have a matted mess- but I tjink it’s like that with most small round brushes. There, clean conscience!It was hard to see if there were breathe holes in the center pf the brush for even blowing. Even though I bought this for bangs only it STILL gets tangled if I use it much at all. By the way, no holes for even air flow. Kinda surprised as I use the Conair brand alot for blow driers & curling irons & never had any issues. Good thing this was so inexpensive. Live & learn, huh?

This is an ok brush. Seems sturdy enough. The bristles are nice. Hair doesnât get tangled. Only real problem I have with it is that the description says large. This is definitely not a large size brush.
