Convenient and Effective for Cleaning a Messy Puppy, Especially on the Go
We have a year-old puppy named Megalodon, who is always up to some kind of mischief. Just the other day, she found a mud puddle in the backyard and went to town, covering herself in mud from head to tail. The mess she created was a perfect opportunity to try out the Washies Dog Shampoo Sheets. I had never used this type of product before, but given how messy Megalodon tends to get, I figured it would be worth a shot, especially since the product claims to offer 2x the washes of liquid shampoo.After the chaos of cleaning up Meg’s mess in the house, I dropped her into the tub and grabbed four sheets of the Washies shampoo. The product suggests that small dogs might only need two or three sheets, but since Megalodon had really gotten herself dirty, I decided to go with four sheets, just to be on the safe side. I knew that once these sheets got wet, they would break down, so I made sure to keep them dry and in a place where I could grab them as needed.What I didn’t realize when I first picked up these sheets was that they are designed to be used with a glove (which is sold separately). I didn’t have the glove at the time, and as I started using the sheets, Meg was clearly excited about the whole process—so much so that she even tried to eat the shampoo from the sheets! Despite this, the sheets foamed up fairly well on their own, though using a glove or rag would have helped spread the product more evenly and made the process smoother. In the end, I used three sheets to wash her down, and it worked surprisingly well, even though I probably could have done it with just two.The shampoo worked nicely, and Megalodon’s fur was soft and smelled lovely after the wash, thanks to the lavender scent. The biggest plus for me was how convenient this product is. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require water to activate the shampoo, which is great when you’re trying to quickly clean up a dog that has gotten into something messy. I imagine this would be an ideal product to use when traveling with a pet, or even when you’re on the go and need to freshen up your dog without the hassle of a full bath.Since trying these shampoo sheets, I’ve realized how useful they can be in specific situations. They’re perfect for cleaning your dog in a pinch, particularly when a full bath is impractical. However, for really dirty dogs like Megalodon, I’d recommend using them in conjunction with the BuddyGlove, which can help spread the product more efficiently and ensure an even clean. I also think these sheets would be great to take along for overnight trips or even camping, where access to a full bath might not be available, but you still want to keep your pet clean.Overall, the Washies Dog Shampoo Sheets are a solid option for keeping your pup clean without the need for water or complicated steps. They’re effective and easy to use, although I’d suggest having the glove or a rag on hand for better results. While I likely won’t use these for every bath, they’re definitely convenient for those quick clean-ups or situations when I’m traveling. Megalodon is a messy puppy, so having these on hand is a huge help in keeping her fresh and clean between full baths.

Barely Gets the Job Completed to My Tastes
Maybe I’m old-fashioned, or perhaps I like a lot of suds because I think suds equal cleaning power. I realize that this is not necessarily true, but I still like lots of suds. These sheets simply did not have enough soap in them for my taste. Yes, it is probably better for the planet, and yes, it smells great, and yes, it’s less mess, BUT . . . . For me, it lacks real cleaning power. This product IS everything the manufacturer claims. I must be honest, but if you’re like me, you might want to stick with a good old bottle of shampoo.
