    Functional but no rubber hand grip
    Item feels front heavy, hand hole Seems a bit large, Plastic housing feels “slippery“ and slides around in the hand. Has no rubber gripping so it’s not all that easy to keep a secure grip. It is functional, the retractable feature is nice and strong, the stop button is amazing. The one we replaced was smaller and rubber coated however the stop button was not a very effective. The stop button on this new item is very strong and when you push The button it stops the dog On the spot! We did buy rubber grip tape which solved the slippery handle problem but the tape cost as much as the retractable leash did.
