Very long leash. Solidly built. Round cord doesn’t get twisted and bound up.
Seems very well built and is comfortable in the hand. The brake and lock for the cord work well. Cord extends and retracts smoothly. The round cord doesn’t get twisted and bind up like the flat tape models. Our dog is about 30 pounds and this model is plenty strong for a dog that size. I really like the long length of the cord.

In general, I donât believe that retractable leashes are good for training dogs, and Iâve never seen a professional trainer who recommends them for training. Howeverâ¦for doing potty walks, this one is a MUST! My shih tzu pup takes forever doing the ongoing potty dance and I would go nuts with a regular leash. This is the best quality you can buy, I think, so the few extra pennies are totally worth it. Iâve had mine for several months now and it still works as smoothly and retracts as well as the day I got it. Definitely the best value for a retractable leash.

Works well for our puppy. Leash is easy to hold and easy to lock/unlock. Be sure to read the instructions b/c sounds like it could be dangerous if youâre not careful. Initially thought it was a Good quality product but Didnât last as long as I thought it would.

These are my favorite retractable cord leashes!
I have owned 5 of these leashes and currently have 2 in two sizes. The operation of the retractable cord is seamless and I have found that the leash will hold up to hard daily use for an active dachshund for years before it is necessary to replace it. Excellent design and quality craftsmanship make these the only dog leashes that I use!

I’ve had three sizes of this brand of leash for different sized dogs. Three months ago a much larger dog attacked my Cairn Terrier and the leash didn’t break! Had it broken? My dog may have died.l recommend this leash because it’s easy to use, it has reflective stripes, and it provides safety of not breaking if your dog has the correct weight limit ….l’d buy it again!

Llevo unos dÃas usándola diariamente con mi gatita de 3 meses que pesa 1.35 kg (sÃ, sabe andar con arnés y correa), y he de decir que es muy resistente, le da libertad de explorar y andar a gusto, comparado con las correas cortas que vienen incluidas siempre con un arnés. El hecho de ser retráctil y tener función de bloqueo le da cinco estrellas.
