Love it so far!
I bought this for/because of my cats. Previously I had a heated throw with a 10hr timer, and I’d often forget to turn on at night & where my cats sleep can get pretty cold. I got this because it was programmable …and then I found it has a always-on option. I’ve snuggled with them a few times and find it super comfy and gets plenty warm. As long as it holds up reasonably I’m glad I went for it.Will update if something changes.

Warm your bed up before going to bed with the app!
I love that it has an app I can use to warm my bed up remotely since I have three floors. The âPreheatâ setting is perfect for that and then when you go to bed you can turn it down to whatever temp is comfortable. You can program it (on the app) to turn on at a certain time of night and to turn off. The blanket has an attached controller that will heat the blanket to specified levels on each of the two sides of the bed. Same for the app-choose the side you want or âBothâ. Itâs not heavy on the body and itâs very soft. It is very bulky when folding it up, but not heavy. Easy to learn to use.Con: Itâs certainly not cheap. Wish it was less expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. I feel like being able to control it from your phone is really worth it for me. I have to go up and down my stairs enough during the day. LOL

Toasty warmth at the touch of your fingers
I spoiled myself buying this but it was so worth it. The dual controls are perfect. Being able to turn it on through my phone makes crawling into bed a toasty delight and the material is soft and fluffy

It works, heating wire needs to be more insulatedâ¦
My basement gets rather chilly and having an electric blanket is a must down there. I actually have another heated blanket that I used primarily down there but moved that one to another area and decided on this unit as it matched the furniture down there. It is as described, app is easy to use and provides plenty of timing preheat options just so i could fire it up and warm up my couch down there which is does incredibly well. Preheat gets the unit warm quick. A home run on its own! Sadly at least for me, the electric wire inside the blanket isnât as insulated as the one it replaced and I almost feel like it would be easy to rip or crumple if youâre not careful with it. Granted, I could be speculating but the one it replaced only had 4 settings and half of the price this one was. However, I likely will be using this as a backup whenever my current one in my bedroom goes belly up, and will be fine with all the cushioning a bed has. If you donât mind feeling a wire, itâs great. Plenty of settings, safety features, and tech for days. Perhaps they could offer this unit thatâs twice as plush, and this could go down as the best heated blanket there is. Food for thought!

Horrible, doesn’t last
Worked well, until about a week ago or so when I tmstarted getting this F2 error. Read about it and since it’s fully plugged in as it should be, it’s got to be a faulty cord according to their troubleshooting. I reached out to them about this and have heard absolutely nothing back. I don’t love spending this much money on a treat for myself then being unable to fond replacement parts. Thus drives home, they don’t make ’em like they used to, because I have an old 1960’s? Heating blanket, made by Sunbeam, at our cabin. Two prongs, still works like a damn champ. I don’t use it at home due to its age. How can you start out making something that’s lasted longer than I’ve been alive that was purchased by my parents and end up with something I’ve had maybe a little over a year, and can even get a reply by the manufacturer about replacing a cord which I know they have to have. But they want you to spend money on a brand new blanket so they can rake you over the coals. Not again. I’m done. Will have to try another brand. It was otherwise a nice soft blanket. The options to start a preheat on a schedule, or turn it on about 15 minutes before I go to sleep so the bed is cozy all from my phone is all washed away because they can’t be bothered to help a customer. This cord should last longer than the heat elements in the blanket but clearly it doesn’t. And even if it’s a fluke, they won’t bother to help you fix it. Thumbs down.Update: the emailed me back, finally, just to tell me they don’t make parts like spare cords for when they crap out on you like this one. All so they can get you to spend more money on their products. No more for me. Sticking with another brand. It doesn’t fly with me qhen a company purposefully doesn’t carry something as simple as a cord for their products that can be replaced when it goes bad, and it will, because that’s how they make their stuff now. The sunbeam from the 60s and 70s is not the same. Considering the old one still works and this one is about a year old and already quit on me. Just horrible.

Love the WiFi
This blanket is perfect. Using the WiFi and app, my blanket is warm and waiting on me when I get home! I love the material. It is perfect!

Whoever invented this is a genius
What is better than going to bed with the blanket already warm? I fall asleep faster and sleep better. I didn’t need to remember to turn it on each night. I can sleep in late on Saturdays and I can control everything with my phone. The only thing I don’t like is I need to push the button on the remote to keep the heat on.

Weâve been searching online everywhere for a smart blanket and we finally found it on Amazon. This has been a great addition to our bedroom and my wife really enjoys being able to turn on the blanket before getting into bed. Especially on those cold winter nights.

Cost more than others but worth every penny. This blanket is light, heats up quickly and is very soft. Was easy to program into iPhone and works great with Alexa With Alexa you can on/off and even change heat levels. If I ever need another electric blanket would definitely buy this product

The blanket itself is great. It’s really fluffy and the wires inside make it also feel springy (like, you can’t and probably shouldn’t try to fold it. You can only roll it up for storage because the wires are springy). The wires are also really long if that’s something you want. I got the twin size and the controller controls the whole blanket, not half. Setting up the app wasn’t so hard (if you are having trouble, call your internet service provider. If talking to someone is not your thing, and you’ve already tried all the Sunbeam suggested solutions with no results, google how to disable your 5G network and try that. This was how I got mine to work). Using the app took some patience. You might change a setting somewhere, and then the app immediately changes it back. It’s like some of the on screen buttons don’t work, but if I wait like a few minutes, it will go to and stay on the new setting. Whew. Lol. Sometimes I also restarted the app and the wired controller too and it may have helped. Good luck. The app reminds me of like computers in 2003. You have to be patient and try restarting it when it acts funny.
