It is sturdy & well made & should last a long time. ) I am still using the original one after 7 years ) I would have preferred a cord & not a tape type leash, but I didnât realize it was a tape type when I ordered it. I have tried about three different leashes through Amazon and this one is fabulous. It does not get stuck. Itâs long enough for my Boston terrier to explore and it retracts without any issue. Itâs very smooth.

So easy to use. I also bought the rechargeable light attachment and use it regularly. I used a coffee bag twister and attached a poop bag dispenser to the handle and now all can be carried with one hand in a flexi hooked to the dog.
