Was very easy to use,had this one over a week now and no issues with the connection to my router and my phone , have tried two other ones and returned them due to issues with connection to my router and blue tooth, so far this one has worked great

Great video quality
I got a new kitten a few months ago and she loves treats! I thought a treat dispenser would be the perfect thing to keep her entertained while Iâm at work. I love that it has a built in camera so I can see them when Iâm not home, and I could save the video as well. The quality of the camera is better than I expected.

It seems to dispense treats properly. It also has a treat schedule, which is nice. The video picture is good. Only thing is it’s quite LOUD when dispensing and also it really has “boost” when shooting it out. Goes pretty far. Will work for now since the Ieebiz one we had quit working.

This is a pretty cool little device. The camera is nice quality although I donât really use it since I put the treat dispenser on top of my refrigerator. It took about a week for the cats to not be afraid of it since it is very noisy when the treats eject. They also eject with quite a bit of force! Now all the kitties come running at 9:00 when they hear my recorded voice saying âTreeeats! Treeeats!â ð You can schedule how many portions it ejects also. Overall, not bad.

Audio and video to interact with my dog is very nice and she LOVES this thing. She gets so excited when hearing my voice knowing she’s getting a treat. Can schedule the treats for whenever you want or check in manually and launch one. Really fun.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
I had to give this a one star but it does not even deserve this! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! I received my product & when I tested it, it worked fine. When I went to plug it in later, the product would not read the QR code to connect to my phone. After many tries, I called the company for support. They said they would email me the address for repairs. They didnât send it, so I called the following day. It took 45 minutes for someone to finally answer. They apologized & said they would email me the address now. Again, it never came through. THIS WENT ON FOR 7 DAYS!! Waiting 30-45 minutes for someone to answer only to say the same thing. FINALLY, I said I would wait on the line until the email came through & the caller was very rude. Come to find out, I was speaking to the MANAGER Daryl. I sent my product in along with a tracking number. They never responded saying they had it but I knew they did. I had to call a week later to inquire about my device. They said there was nothing wrong & they would mail it back. They would not give me a new one. I received it today AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK! It is past 30 days so I cannot get my money back from RCA or Amazon. I am FURIOUS I now have to do this all over again until I get a new one that works!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!
