Excellent toy! Our little puppy absolutely LOVES this UFO.
Our little 5 month Cavapoo puppy LOVES this new toy. It took a little bit of getting used to it but after a few tries, she’s a pro! She usually eats her kibble way too quickly, so this definitely helped slow her down. As an added bonus, I feel like it’s good for her mental stimulation as well since it intrigues her to press the button & find out where the treats fell out in the bowl.Cleaning it is easy & assembling the top piece is easy as well. We will definitely be using this more often (as compared to the fable toy that we got for her a while ago).Overall, a 5 out of 5 product. At this price point, you can’t go wrong. It’s an excellent toy & worth giving it a try. Thank you, makers of the UFO!

It does work as a slow feeder…YES
It just arrived after her evening meal yesterday, so I haven’t needed to clean it. But it looks super easy to clean. I had to read reviews just to realize I just needed a little more pressure to open the food/treat compartment. After a couple of minutes of showing her how to use it last nigh, she could release the few kibbles that I added. With a filled container this morning, the video shows success. I don’t see the suction though. It slides all across the floor while feeding. Still, I am extremely happy and she seems to enjoy the challenge.

Cute puzzle toy but has some issues
It’s easy to use and introduce if your dog likes to use his paws and knows handshake. Plastic saucer part is durable. The problem is if your dog is:- sensitive to noise- startles easily- is really heavy footed- clumsy when he puts his paw downIf any of those apply, your dog won’t like it and bark at it for a couple minutes to whenever you put the toy away. The saucer part will tilt and flip over if your dog is clumsy or doesn’t hit the dome properly and his paw slips. When you press the dome, it makes a loud sound from the springs and when food comes out so it may startle/scare your dog. Another problem is the the width of the saucer bowl. It’s fine, but sometimes my dog doesn’t use critical thinking and can’t see where the food goes, especially when there’s 3 kibble pieces left. And lastly, I didn’t screw the top on all the way my first try so when my dog went to press on the device, it malfunctioned and scared him. I put it away for a few days but even then he wasn’t trustful. Eventually he got over it and used it but he’s still apprehensive whether that be because he flipped it over, the loud squeaking sounds or the fact that he doesn’t understand how food magically appears when you press and then after a certain point it stops. Some at home fixes:You can unscrew the bottom of the toy and put some rocks or small weights. That helps a little with it being too light and flimsy.

Works great for our border collie!
Bought this a few months ago but never thought to leave a review. My in-laws are in town and decided they want one for their dog so I was looking back to find them the link and thought I would leave a review.Has been great for us. It’s nothing fancy but it keeps our border collie occupied for about 5 minutes during meals and he seems to like it. The container is the perfect size food portion for our 45 lb. dog. I doubt it would hold enough food (in one serving) for a dog much bigger than that. You may need to adjust the size of the dog food you buy to find the ideal size for this dispenser. We use Science Hill and switched to a different Science Hill with larger pieces. All in all a great toy and I would highly-recommend. It’s not the most durable but it’s easy to clean and gives us the benefit we desired (mental stimulation for the dog while he eats).

    Great idea for fast eaters
We have an extra clever miniature poodle who eats fast even with a regular slow feed bowl. After she eats she will sit and bark loudly while our other dogs eat. I thought that this would slow her down and give our other actual slower eating dogs time to finish their meals in peace. Okay okay…to give me peace because her barking drives me a little crazy. Well, she figured this out right out of the box first try. Does not slow her down. Very funny though to hear her pressing on it even though I know its empty and she checks it over and over just in case. Have not had issues with it sticking or kibble getting stuck. This will do for now but I am still looking for something that offers her more of a challenge.

    Amazing!
If your thinking about spending the money it’s 100% worth it! I got this so that my puppy was able to slow down on her eating as well as problem solve in a way. She has been using it for around 6-8 month and it’s been the best thing ever! Held up very nicely and been dependable. The only thing I would recommend is picking it up after your done if you have a dog that likes to chew on things, mine got a little bored one day and made a crack, turned into a little baby chunk missing on the side. I can still use mine just like before. Definitely giving this product a 10/10!!

    Worked great at first
My dog hates this thing. At first it worked great at keeping her from sealing her food whole, but eventually she started protesting by refusing to eat. She ended up hating it, and even caught her tongue in it a couple times which scared her. It’s now stored in the back of our dog closet and doesn’t get touched because she would rather starve than use it. also have to add that my dog is a German shepherd who eats EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. She will always eat her whole bowl and begs for more everytime, so her not eating is extremely rare and out of the usual. She is passionate about food and learned how to use it insanely quickly but ended up hating it.

    Great interactive push button feeder
I bought this in hopes it would keep my dog busy. I’m still trying to get him to understand if he uses his nose or paw kibble comes out. I would highly recommend the feeder. Easy to clean and assemble. And the price was great. I’m always looking for things to keep my dog busy.

I returned this the very same day it was delivered! It was falling apart and one press on top allowed ALL the food to drop into the moat around the edge.

I use this to feed my dog especially when i have to go to work keeps him occupied for a good 30-45 min. He learned to push the button very fast now we are just working on using paw instead of teeth and face. Also very durable lots of teeth and scratch marks but no real damage. Needs better grips on the bottom though
