Great toy! Nice rolling around. Not too noisy
My large mini-goldendoodle was a bit intimidated the first time I set this out, but the next time, he jumped and yipped (he’s not much of a barker) and grabbed the rope and shook it around! He’ll crouch down in stand-off pose with it and then attack! Gets a nice little active play time while I can read. Sounds are a little yippy bark, not at all loud to me. Very pleased with this toy. Wish I could find something else that has such a good level of interactivity. Oh, and there is a spare rope. Not sure if that was in the description.

Great toy & Even Better Customer Service!!
The original toy I received didnât have any working sound, other than the whirling as it twirls, and my dog loved it! Right out of the box my 50lb goldendoodle was obsessed with this toy & played with it everywhere, including on hard floors, rugs, and even outside in the grass (yes, it still jumps around a bit – which is awesome!). The day it was received I got a message from the seller asking that I let them know of any issues & how my experience was going. I sent a response asking if I was doing something wrong, because the instructions say to quickly double press the button in any working mode to turn on the âbarkâ sound, and although I was doing that and seeing the color change between red & green there was still no sound. After a little unsuccessful troubleshooting it was determined my toy was defective, but still so much fun for my dog, and the seller immediately offered to send a replacement. Fast forward 2 days later and the new toy arrived, with a working barking sound, and my dog practically mauled me for it the second he heard the âbarkâ. Itâs fantastic!! The sound is clear and drives my dog absolutely wild!! I could not be happier with this purchase, and would highly recommend this to anyone with a dog! On top of the toy being great, the customer service was exceptional – and thatâs hard to find nowadays.

Dig loves it but ripped out the rope with the hour. I thought it was made for a larger dog (German Shepherd/Husky mix) but maybe I chose the wrong one.

Itâs easy to use very durable. The battery lasts a good amount of time Itâs pretty noisy on hard floors and my dog lost interest in it pretty quickly.

DO NOT BUY UNTIL YOU READ THIS!!
Ordered 3 of these. And all 8 of my dogs absolutely love them. But I will say it was disappointing to know it’s a super hard plastic instead of a dense silicone or nylon such as a Kong. So they hit themselves with it as well as toss it around the house hitting furniture, decorations and TVs.So there deal breaker? We ran into the exact same issue everyone else speaks of. It will never open again. We had 4 very strong grown men all have a go at it. We even busted out some tools. Nope. Tried dropping it from high up like seller recommends, nada.It has to be supervised because the dog cannot chew on it at all. It will deform the product to where the lid will not come off. It’s meant to be knocked around with their paws, chased and held with their mouth only. So if you have a chewer at all, don’t even bother.I also tried several of the other brands, exact same problem.Awesome toy idea, poor construction. Maybe a few years down the road? But I’m pretty disappointed. So is my dog Barrett who brings it to me and to fix it and it’s super upset it don’t work. So I did an exchange for a new one and I ordered some plush covers to see if it protects the item better. I will update later.

Fairly indestructible & I have an aggressive chewer. Keeps my pup entertained for a while. Great alternative to active feeder or bones for days when we canât get our due to weather!

Small dogs love it, learn from it, and are unafraid to approach it
Tried several different toys for a tiny (teacup) chihuahua. He won’t play with any of them independently. They’re all too fast/scary, too easily damaged, or just don’t pique his interest. This toy is different. Love the setting where it gets activated by touch (yellowish-greenish light). He pulls on it, taps it, plays with it independently, is drawn to the barking sounds, and learns that it is touch activated (on the aforementioned mode). The only minor nuisance so far is that you have to hold the toy very firmly and twist its body in order to turn it on/off or switch modes– that means it’s still active and trying to move whole you’re doing this. Then again, this might add to its durability, as all the key components are protected inside its shell. BEST DOG TOY FOR A SMALL DOG?

My 9 month old Husky pup absolutely loves automated balls….. she chases them around for a good while, so at least she doesn’t get bored & find my new hiding spot for the spare TP roles lol (she has shredded enough to make a movie set look like snow has fallen haha).This version is the 3rd brand I’ve tried. I needed a 2nd auto-ball for her to use while her favorite is charging (her favorite is like a super condensed, strong Styrofoam one).From the time I gave it to her to when I found it again, was only about an hour. But in said hour she had chewed the outer shell to the point I could no longer open it. I tried using everything possible to get it opened, but nothing…… the little tassel rope??? It was chewed in half….. no longer usable. The spare rope is a joke because that would’ve been gone same-day too.I had to throw this away. Only 1 hour of use & it was trashed.If you have a large breed or a breed that has strong chewing, do not use this!!!! There were small plastic pieces on the floor too!!! Very dangerous for a dog to swallow……. I don’t have to worry about my pup eating the pieces, because she destroys just for the fun of destruction (if you’ve ever raised a Husky you know what I mean).But I know of other breeds that would eat any piece that fell off & I warn you to not bother with this if that describes your pup.I assume that for all other dog breeds that are not adorable destruction-machines on fluffy legs, this ball would be okay for them.

Câest difficile à dévisser je dois utiliser des gants de caoutchouc pour la vaisselle pour plus de prise quand je dévisse. Et quand on visse on doit visser jusquâà entendre un clic.
