My cat loves it.
It has a bit of a crinkly sound on the bottom side which my cat likes as well as the soft topper. The pad does seem to help generate heat to make PEAPOD warm & comfy. Sheâs slept on it all night the first night she had it. She usually always sleeps with me on my bed. She loves it. Highly recommend. Good price too. Have not cleaned it yet but I usually vacuum off her bedding if I donât have to wash it because it got dirty.

I’m so surprised my cat likes this bed!!! My cat hates all beds lol. I was fully prepared that he was not going to like it and I was going to have to give it away. But to my surprise, He LOVES it!!!! ~~~ The non-slip is not true. It definitely slips on wood surfaces or on any hard surfaces. It even slips on the bed. But, other than that I’m satisfied with the purchase.

This mat has a very soft feel to it, but I also found it to be a bit slippy, and my cat ( a domestic short hair) didn’t like that, and therefore wouldn’t use it, so I gave it away to my sister for her cat and it immediately loved it! She has a Devon-Rex cat which has much shorter hair than mine and is always looking to be warmer ( it sits on her heater vents!), so I can’t really speak to that end of it with my cat, but it must be making her cat warm as it loves it, she said It didn’t want to get off it the first day she got it, it jumped on it and practically stayed there! She said her cat didn’t even come to her bed that night, cause I bet it was sleeping on this, all nice and warm! My sister did say it was a bit slippy too! so she was trying to tuck it in on her sofa so it wouldn’t slip, but her cat must be better able to handle it, her cat has all it’s claws, mine is declawed in the front, so that could make a big difference in it’s acceptance too, not sure. The mat is very soft, is a good size and I loved how it looked and felt, but just beware that it was a bit slippy (despite having a non-skid backing) and might not work for every cat.

The mat doesn’t really seem to get warm. I’ve checked when my dog gets off it and its not warm with body heat like I would think it should be. The inside of the blanket shifts so that I have to continually fix it every time the dog gets up from laying on it. The outer shell has a zipper so its easy to remove and wash. It is thick and soft……just not ‘warm’ to the touch.
