Cooling Fabric
I bought my first one and put it in the window for my cats. I made a wooden stand for their window and padded it with a shower mat months ago. I chose this pad as it stated it has a cooling effect and with weather getting warmer already at an unusual time I needed to do something. I’m amazed these really do stay cool and my cats love them. So a couple days later I ordered another one to put in another window. They are slightly thin but put a padding of some sort under and your dogs or cats will love you for getting this. I’m very pleased with both purchases and super fast shipping.

Loved it once she discovered it
I have a shy girl so it took her a few days to venture onto the mat but once she did it was one of her new favorite spots. It did feel cool to the touch which was honestly surprising to me! Not sure if it stays cool w prolonged use but she seems to like it so Iâm taking it as a win and ordered a second. Especially since itâs a low price point when compared to similar items. I like that it doesnât rely on a freezer pack since I will be out of town some this summer.

Thinner than the thinnest towel
I ordered this because my dog was diagnosed with Cushingâs disease and needed something to keep him cool. I read all of the reviews and decided to purchase this product. When it arrived it was smaller than a washcloth in size in its packaging. That should begin to give you an idea of how thinly made this product is.I took it out of the packaging and attempted to set it on the floor for my dog. Unfortunately there is no backing on it to keep it still so it slid all over the floor. On top of that no matter how many times I tried it did not stay cool. There is absolutely nothing in the technology in thisCooling mat that is as thin as a sheet that would keep anything cool. Itâs an over priced, poorly made, smaller than your average rug, âcooling marâ.Please do not waste your money or time in ordering this product. I am really bummed that I have to wait an additional week to find an effective product for my suffering pup.

Not very cooling
These babies go in the fridge/freezer to cool but as soon as you take them out, theyâre basically room temperature and donât help at all. Theyâre cute little mats Iâve laid out on the tile for my babies to cuddle up with, but neither are interested as the tile is cooler ð¤¦ââï¸

They do not work like they advertised
A few days after I got them, I tried on dogs. They didn’t react to them like they would to something cool. They did nothing about them. My cats had same reaction. I waited a few days later to see if they would use it when I put them in refrigerator. Same reaction. My guess? They don’t work. I will just use them in case of emergency. Sorry.

My dog has had an onset of seziures recently. No matter how cool I’ve tried to make our home, he’s been overheated. Medication has helped him for sure, but this mat has too.He prefers the floor but I’ll be putting this in his bed over night as well. We just received this today and he loves it. It feels cool to the touch, and I’m so glad it’s been helpful for him.Also, with him being a large dog, finding something that fits his body size is amazing! I got the largest size and it’s even big for him! He’s an 85lb American lab with long legs, and there’s extra room for him. I highly recommend!
