Easy clean, adorable, but my cat is a slob.
…remember that you will need to pick it up to wash it, and it is floppy and soft. So if your car is a slob (like mine), or likes to play in their water bowl (like mine), then you may have to complicate your clean-up process with extra materials. Really well made, excellent merchandise. My cat is just a slob.

Big enough to hold a water fountain and a good size food bowl
I purchased this item for two reasons. First, my oldest cat could no longer hop up onto the table where we had their food and water bowl. Along with that, one of our cats tends to eat half a piece of food, and spit the other half either back into the bowl, or just outside of it. We call the remainders “Mia spittin’s.” The table helped us keep a handle on her gross habits, but without it, we needed a way to contain all the little pieces and easily clean them up. This mat is a nice size to hold a decent sized water fountain, rectangle food bowl from which all the cats eat, and still catch the ‘spittin’s.’ It protects my hardwood floors very nicely.
