over all this is a great kit for any level of athlete looking to improve their speed and conditioning. the agility ladder is put together the right way and durable enough to take stepping on on missed steps and doesnt crack in half like its competitors. the dual parachute with the adjustable straps for resistance his very high quality and one one works sufficient let alone adding the dual affect of the second parachute. the only underwhelming part of this kit. This is great value for the price, most kits after use of half dozen times become unusable or start to come apart at the seams. I highly recommend this kit.

2 nice parachutes…and some other stuff..
This speed / agility training set is supposed to contain quite a few things to help you work on your overall speed, footwork and agility. And it does indeed contain a few things – but not all of equal use/quality.Let’s start with the cones – you get 12 of them and they’re of the low to the ground sort. That’s fine and they’re alright for marking off a course or marking distances. But they’re very lightweight/thin plastic meaning they move out of position easily unless you weight them down. They’re so light in fact that you can’t even “drop” them into position (they flip over or roll) you have to place them. And in this case, that lightness isn’t a plus – it makes them feel cheap and flimsy.The agility ladder is a helpful exercise – and it does work, but the plastic “rungs” of the ladder are very thin and seem likely to break if stepped on with much force/repeatedly (as you might do if challenging yourself). And they easily slide out of place – there’s nothing to hold them at a set place on the nylon straps that serve as the sides of the “ladder.” You do get stakes to hold the ladder ends where you want them so that’s a nice touch.Then we come to the parachutes – these really are nice, with a clever strap system to ensure they catch the air, good quality materials and nice packing bags. The parachutes really make this set and are almost worth the purchase themselves. They also work, they catch air well and you can certainly feel the resistance when you run. Out of this set, they’re by far the thing that I will use the most.So that’s what it boils down to – with this set you’re getting two nice quality resistance parachutes. And some cones and a ladder that are cheap feeling and may not be very durable. If you’re buying it for the parachutes, go for it. If not, maybe look elsewhere.
