Works great, great customer service
I first started with the NPS ultrasonic which didn’t work at all but they had sent me an email asking me to let them know if there were problems so I emailed them and they offered to send the bark collar to me free. I figured it was worth a try and it worked great. A dog that was barking incessantly at the neighbor dog now doesn’t bark at all and is much more pleasant to be around.. I’m sure my neighbors appreciate it too!

Definitely Works
Iâve been using for a couple weeks now and it works amazingly for my Bernedoodle. My dog is an anxious barker who would have frequent barking fits at pretty much anything. I first tried a shock collar, which actually made the problem worse. I was skeptical that this would work, but was willing to try anything to stop the barking. It was a night and day difference from the moment I put it on. Barking is substantially less, and if he does bark itâs just 1 or 2 barks until the collar kicks in. I had to turn the sensitivity all of the way down so it doesnât trigger when heâs just whining. I can imagine it may not work for every dog, but it definitely worked with mine.

I wouldnât recommend this bark control collar to anyone.

My dog is not impressed.
So at first this worked a bit. It definitely distracted him when he would get worked up. But after that, it just takes to long to react, I think. He gets all worked up and itâs just that much harder to distract his attention, but he also realizes he can just ignore it and itâs no big deal. Heâs a little too smart for his own good, so that may be part of the issue. Heâs also smaller (~ 20 lbs) so maybe it just has a harder time cutting through his small dog nervous energy that so many smaller, high energy dogs seem to carry.

May not work for every dog
It didnât stop my dog from barking completely, but it did reduce it greatly. She will bark a few times and then stop because of the buzzing noise and just as a heads up if you hear constant beeping, itâs most likely from the collar. The battery needs to be changed my sister learned the hard way.

It works!
I bought the Dog Bark Deterrent Device from the same company, and it worked for a few days before my dog (11 lb Maltipoo who BARKS!) decided the beeps or ultrasonic sound no longer bothered him. He barks at any and everyone who walks by my house, comes on my tv, etc. So I decided to buy the collar as a next step.Let me tell you: this thing works! I love that itâs humane and does not shock or physically hurt my dog. The initial beep grabs his attention immediately, and on the rare occasion that he continues to bark, the subsequent vibration stops him in his tracks. Itâs a miracle! Weâve only had it 2 days so I canât speak to its long term use⦠Iâm really hoping he doesnât âget used toâ the beeps or vibration. But so far, itâs been a much quieter few days around the house. My only complaint is that because itâs one size, and my guy is quite small, I have it tightened almost as far as it will go, and thereâs a long tail of the strap that I have to loop around & around so itâs not just hanging. Options for S/M and L/XL would be ideal!

Doesnt work
I have a mix gsd. It worked for a day or so. After that, she developed resistance from the sound and vibration.

Works great
I bought this for my Belgian Malinois who would not stop barking. I love the fact that it doesn’t shock. He hears the beep and he understands that if he doesn’t stop barking he will get a vibration that he doesn’t like. The barking has definitely gone down. Neighbors pass by and he won’t bark anymore. Battery life so far is good. It’s been about a week or week and a half. Love it. Will be ordering more soon. Doesn’t have a remote control and very easy to use and assemble.

I like that the collar has a pre-existing progression of escalating beeps and vibration. I found it easy to set up and use with the provided instructions. With it set to maximum sensitivity, it catches many of my dog’s barks, but not all of them. Fortunately, the beep has been enough, and she rarely barks while wearing the collar, and with reward training no barking, she’s slowly making progress not barking when the collar is off. It needs to be on quite tightly (fit only 1 finger under the collar) to stay in place and work, but despite being so tight, the electronic box migrates pretty frequently, which makes it catch fewer barks. The battery life was pretty short considering how infrequently she wears the collar and how few times it’s had to beep. (She hasn’t barked in succession enough times to activate the vibration). Batteries are easy to replace.

Works well .

Having a very stubborn dog with a loud bark, in an apartment, i was at my wits end. This collar works. It beeps and then escalates to a vibration and interrupts the barking. It only took a few beeps before my dog correlated the beeping with barking (I also would say the word “quiet”) and it stopped.

Piece of crap! Device fully dead after a month and my dog doesnât bark very much.

The collar would beep when my dog was not even barking, or doing anything wrong. When the dog would bark, the collar would not do anything. Completely useless. I had purchased a similar collar for my other dog that functioned well, so I was surprisingly disappointed.
