I have a Chihuahua mix who isn’t built like most chihuahuas so getting a harness to fit her well has been a challenge. She mostly falls between a small and a medium. This one I bought in a medium and it fits ok accept that the strap across her chest is too long. Rather than return it and try the small, I just folded the strap in two places and sewed it down so it wouldn’t irritate her and now it fits great!

What a difference!
I have a 1 year old rescue chihuahua and is super skittish as I teach him how to handle being in a harness. The problem was that he would stop and pull back and the regular harness would pop right off. With this harness, it wraps around his torso and across his chest and the design prevents it from sliding off.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
