Overall, pleased with the purchase. Admittedly struggled with the suction cups. Be sure to follow the directions – clean the window and soak the suction cups in hot water. One side popped off and I had to resoak and attach it again, but it’s been sticking with no issues since, and it holds both of my cats (~20lbs)! I haven’t had a chance to try out the heating pad yet unfortunately, wish the cord was a little bit longer.EDIT 1/6/23: so one of the suction cups came loose (the one I originally had an issue with). I was able to fix it by soaking it in hot water again and it seems to be sticking fine, just wanted to update. The cats were so excited to have it back in action.

Cozy, perfect for my large cat.
My cat loves to lounge in his bed and look out the window. My only critique is to pay attention to the dimensions before you buy it. It only fits one window in my house (thank goodness) because I didnât realize it was too large for the rest when I bought it. Easy to clean. Heating pad is removable also. I wish the heating pad had an on/off toggle on the cord so I could leave it plugged in since the outlet is hard to reach but it still works great.

Cats LOVED It, But Suction Cups Are Too Weak And Come Off Constantly
First off, let me say both of my small (6-8 pound) cats absolutely loved this thing. I bought the XL version and both were able to sleep comfortably in it at the same time.I really wish I could give it 5 stars because of how much they liked it, however the suction cups really are not strong. The bottom cup would stay on but the two on the side frequently would come off (like 2-3 times on a daily basis), spilling my cats onto the floor and scaring them. And yes I did follow all the instructions regarding prepping the glass first with rubbing alcohol and this did not help with the retention. Now because the cups have failed so many times, my cats won’t even try to use it.Also, the material makes it not very easy to clean. It collects a lot of hair and the texture of it makes it hard to just brush the hair off with your hands. You will definitely need a lint roller to clean this.I see on other reviews that there are large cats using this and I was really disappointed that it couldn’t hold even one of my small cats without falling off. I hope they improve their suction cups in the future, or at the very least give you extra new replacement cups to try in case the ones installed were flukes.

Kitty loves it!
This is easy to install and is very sturdy. Hasn’t moved at all since we bought it four months ago. The cat absolutely loves it and uses it daily. I love that it heats up but doesn’t get too hot. I highly recommend to any cat owner!

Oh my goodness, can a kitty love anything more? Lol Mackie loves this bed! She snuggles with me for a few minutes at night and then makes her way from the loft bed to her own little loft window bed. It’s adorable, she is still peacefully curled up in it when I get up 😀 BEST PURCHASE EVER

As pricey as it was it was a wonderful place for my beloved senior kitty to spend his last few months on earth. He absolutely loved lying in a warm, comfy window seat watching the world from his bed. I was too embarrassed to reveal how expensive it was to my husband but it was priceless in my books for the lovely last few months for my 16 year old boy. Easy to clean, sturdy and the perfect temperature for our kitty. I did place him in the bed myself as it was too much trouble for him to jump into on his own due to his senior state. Our other younger cat loves it now as well. It has fallen off only twice as she has jumped in, but was easily stuck back on the window and considering how often she jumps in an out daily it still worth it in my books. Itâs her favourite place to spend her days now as well.

I followed the instructions to make the suction cups stick: clean the window with glass cleaner then alcohol, soaking the suction cups in hot water for a few minutes, and cleaning the suction cups with alcohol. I also put a very, very thin layer of Vaseline on the rim of the suction cups. It’s only been stuck on a for a week and doesn’t appear to be popping off yet. Both my cats love it a lot! They take turns using it. It’s not big enough for both of them, but it’s not like they cuddle with each other in the first place :’)EDIT: I bought this in October and now it’s December. One end had slid down and didn’t completely fall off thanks to the window sill. Kind of annoying but I got the suction cup back on using the same methods as before. My cats still love using it for now, hopefully it doesn’t fall off while they’re in it.

Per instructions, put the suctions in hot water, cleaned window, unscrewed and screwed suctions to window. No suction. Certainly would not hold 60 lbs, or the weight of a cat. Also, this is very long so make sure you have a window that will fit it.
