The best toy evr, according to my 13 year old cat!
Oh my cat what a great toy! Our old man is particular when it comes to toys; tails and cords being his most favorite. This is surprisingly engaging for him. He sits next to it in the morning to ask me to turn it on. He usually just sits and watches things like this like a derp, but this one really speaks to his inner predator. He tries to ignore it and cannot resist the pull.

This is a cute idea but what I donât like is, itâs either on or off. I would be nice if it was motion sensitive. If I donât turn it on, my cat may come up to it so Iâll turn it on and sheâll play for a bit. Then I have to shut it off or it would just run constantly.

My cat loves to play with my hand in a whack-a-mole fashion and I wanted to curb that habit. This serves as a perfect substitute. Itâs not too big, so I keep it by my bed and use it when my cats comes to wake me in middle of the night to play. This has two speeds and both work fantastically to entertain my cat for a long time!This device is battery operated and doesnât have a charging port. There is no assembly required other than installing the batteries. The device is very study and hasnât broken yet, even with all the aggressive play!

Overall safety of cat should be a concern
My 8 month old cat likes the toy, but unfortunately he got his hand stuck in between the mouse and some other object when swatting at the mouse. He yelled out in pain and wasn’t able to get his hand out until I assisted.He seemed like he was in a lot of pain for a short time. I don’t think this toy is entirely safe for cats or kittens. Would not buy this toy again.

For once a cat toy they can handle being played with by cats
I bought this as sort of the last gasp trial. My experience with battery operated cat toys has been dismal, most only operate for a short time and then stop working, blue vinyl Flying Saucer looking thing 2 talking to you! Here’s my take on this toy, buy it! It is strong plastic, the selfish top is strong enough for my cats to stand on and not affect the toy mouses actions or the toy itself. It has two settings low and high, and it goes up and down and back and forth excetera underneath and over the felt top. My cats are loving this! If they manage to catch it it’s simply backs itself up oh, and it’s only random pattern sort of emotion that basically resembles a roller coaster. I have run this thing for hours on low and on high and this thing is still running! I ran it for at least 24 hours with at least half of that on high and only just changed the batteries because it seemed a little slower on high. This is the best thing to come along for cats since catnip, and I will be buying more! If you try this I sincerely hope your experience is as good as mine, I am hands down sold on this one, five stars to the makers of this product, it is amazing!

Great idea, but poor implementation.
NOTE: The seller quickly refunded the purchase price. If you’re willing to take a chance that yours will work for more than a few weeks, you can do so with confidence.Worked well and entertained the cat, but broke after less than a month. Instead of being able to make its full 360° circuit, the mouse is limited to about 60° and it’s the part of the toy where the mouse is mainly below the surface. If you don’t mind paying for something you’ll have to toss in the trash a month later, this is for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Ok, so my grump cat really does not play with this but really not a knock on the product. The toy is awesome he is just a loaf. Having said that it is smaller than I thought it was going to be. That could be on me though as they may have actually given dimensions and I breezed over⦠I do that.

So we bought this because we have a new wee family member – Coal ð heâs amazing, heâs about 13 weeks old and heâs super playful and inquisitive and always wants to play! (when heâs not cat napping of course ð).This interactive toy arrived packaged well and was super easy to set up – you literally just use the (super sweet) little screwdriver provided (very nice touch I must say) to open the battery compartment, pop 3 AA batteries in and switch it on! there are 3 options – âslowâ âfastâ and âstopâ.The unit is fairly sturdy – Iâd happily (and enthusiastically) recommend this toy for kittens (rather than adult cats as we have 4 adult cats and not one have showed any interest ð¤£) however our kitten absolutely loves it! heâs lot happier since playing with it.
