Quality Item. Good Customer Service
I have been researching various mattress toppers for a while and decided to purchase this one due to the good reviews. I purchased this queen size topper for multiple reasons. Mainly because my mattress is almost 15 years old and really needs to be replaced when my budget will allow someday. Also, I need something firmer to alleviate my aching back every morning. This topper arrived quickly, in a large box, well packed, and with instructions for easy set-up. It didn’t take long to put it in place, and it fit my bed perfectly. I tested it and loved the firmness and comfort immediately. However, there was a strong chemical smell that made me hesitant to sleep on it that night. The directions said that since it was condensed in compressed packaging, that it could take a day or two to get into proper form/shape before using. So, I figured that the smell would also go away during that time. But after 3 days with the chemical smell still obvious, I contacted Amazon. They told me that nothing could be done unless I returned it. But, I really didn’t want to return it because it seemed like a really good topper. Disappointed with not yet being able to use it, I then contacted the BedStory company. They immediately responded and provided additional information regarding how the smell will go away and that it is made of all natural materials and 100% safe. In addition, they kindly provided me with a very nice partial credit back to my charge card and followed up with me twice! Such wonderful customer service! It has now been 8 days and the smell is very faint and will probably be gone within the next few days. I have been sleeping on it for the past 3 nights and 1 am very happy to say that it has been a relief for my old back. I sleep better and wake up feeling much better. Nothing will take away all of the aches and pains. But, this mattress topper has made a huge difference in my comfort. I am very pleased with the product and especially with the amazing customer service.

So far. Very good. Only been about a week.
So far, I like it! Got my dad a 4-inch topper a few years ago. It added too much height to the bed and was too squishy. This is a better one and good at 3-inches. It is also offered at a 4-inch but the “firm side” is still only 1-inch on the 3-inch and the 4-inch model. I think the 1-to-2 ratio on the 3-inch makes more sense. I’m using the “firm side” up but you can also use the softer side up. I like the firmness and chose this topper because there is a firm side. But it’s not too firm. Just enough to give some support. I slept well the very first night. Has straps to hold in place, however, still moves just a bit if you consistently enter/exit on one side of the bed. Other review correct that it’s cut a tad large. But all in all, I like. Price is competitive, too.

The seller responded to my first review asking me to send a picture of the measurement, which I did. They responded by offering me a $40 credit for the incorrect measurement. That is great customer service and I’ve added a star as a result.Original Review: First off, it’s not 3 inches it’s barely 2 1/2. But of course don’t expect the seller to give you any credit.I like a firm mattress but this is too firm even for me. It’s hard, not firm. Big difference. But since you can’t return it, I added another soft cushy mattress topper that I had that is more like a mattress pad and that helped a lot. It’s comfortable now and fortunately my sheets still fit.Expensive so I’m hoping it lasts.

I decided to get this because every morning I woke up with a horrible back pain. After 1 night of using this mattress, my back pain reduced dramatically. Itâs firm, yet comfortable and provides great support.Now, Iâve been using it for about a 2 weeks and love it. Definitely value for your money.

Well worth the cost
I was looking for a queen-size topper for our guest room bed that had a budget-priced Serta Europe Top mattress and foundation. I wanted firmness as well as the soft feel of memory foam but not too deep. I read dozens of reviews and decided to chance it based on my research.This purchase turned out to be 100% satisfactory. Even beyond that. I had none of the issues others were reporting in their reviews. This product was very well packaged and opened easily with the careful use of scissors on the plastic wrapping. Instead of the expected two days to allow for expansion and odor reduction, this topper expanded in one hour and the very faint odor dissipated in one hour also. the size was perfect for the queen size. The cover of the product was beyond excellent. Very well done with large stout easy-to-use corner straps to position the topper in place. Our mattress pad and linens fit over the height of the mattress plus topper with zero problems. This is one of the best purchase choices I could have made. I’m very happy with it. Our first house guests are due to stay with us and they will be treated to a very comfortable experience. I’m super happy with this purchase and the quality of this topper is the best I’ve seen. I’ll buy a king-size for our master bedroom as well. I highly recommend this company and this product. My choice was the 3-inch model with the Extra Firm base. It’s soft but not too mushy and supports the weight of adults with excellent comfort.

Molds to bed shape
The product came in a rolled vacuumed sealed bag. You did need to allow it to sit out a good 2 days. Kind of hard for a King size bed. We slept else where as we had no room to put it on the floor. It was firm. After a week, it started to mold into the dip/sag of my bed which is why I bought this topper to try to extend the life of my mattress. It was only 6 yrs old. It didn’t work for what we needed it to. Yes, you can return the item, but there is no way to put it back in it’s original box. We had to create a box out of 3 XL moving boxes. The product is fine if you just need additional firmness. Do no buy if any sagging in the mattress.

it could save my back. not sure why someone revived that it wasnât firm enough. they might forget too swap the extra firm side or they should sleep on the floor to get more firm than this product
