Troubleshooting: Why the collar does not spray or not work?
Answer:
(1). This collar can only work with the remote, it will not work automatically when the dog barks, you need to press the remote button to make it work.(2). If the Beep and Vibration functions can all work normally, only the Spray function can’t work when pressing the button, maybe the collar lacks citronella spray, please fill the citronella spray correctly before use each time (fill it from the Refill Port, instead of the Spray Port).(3). If all functions don’t work, the collar or remote control needs to be charged, or they need to be paired together correctly before use, or you need to switch to the correct channel which the collar is pairing (Dog1 or Dog2 Channel).(4). If none of the above can be solved, maybe the Spray valve is blocked. Please try to use a needle or slender things to poke the Spray Port with a needle, and wipe it with a dry cloth to make it clear.(5). Tell us your problem through the email and we will do our best to deal with it.
IPX7 means the collar can be submerged in 1 meter of water for up to 30 mins. So the dog can wear it while swimming and in the rain.
Note: The Remote is not waterproof, please keep it away from water and dog chew.

REFILL BOTTLE：

Works well and great support
This collar has no prongs and provides multiple options to get the dog’s attention to stop excessive barking. One of our dogs has been hard to train but the beep is loud enough to get his attention, the vibration as a second option if the beep is not enough, and the spray option is available if that still wasn’t enough. The beep has been effective in itself. I had an issue with the collar and contacted their support. They were fantastic and quickly resolved the issue.

My pup is four now and I think I didn’t get her out enough when she was younger, because she has become more aggressive to protect “her” area. So I thought I would try this. I didn’t want to use a shock collar. She’s very sensitive and I hoped this would help.I can NOT use the fragrance, so I only used the buzz and the Air, which is a pretty strong puff! I’ve been using this collar for a couple of weeks. There’s street construction in the area, so the city buses have been coming down our street. She doesn’t like them. (They’re new to her.) I tell her NO Bark and push the buzz button. The first few times, she thought BUGS were after her. (She’s emotionally scarred from 25+ wasps attacking her when she was a very young puppy. She’s never forgotten that nightmare!) So she stopped barking and was looking around for the bugs! She’s also “aware” that I’m putting the collar on her and hears me turn it on. Which helps when I tell her NO bark and push the button. She’ll look at me now.BUT when she’s very serious about protecting (Like someone running by on “her” sidewalk) OR a delivery arriving, she is behaving badly and while she’s so into the moment, she feels nothing and hears nothing! The collar is worthless when her mind is made up! I will continue to use this. And when I can, I will take her out more often. Her nose is very busy smelling when we’re out, that she doesn’t think about the things that bother her. Like wheels! Bikes! Grrr!I can only take one star off, since I can not use the fragrance. That might have made a difference? Otherwise I would have taken 2 stars off, since I only had results 50% of the time.The collar has to be charged more often than the remote.NOTE; Both items will power on, yet not have enough power to buzz or spray. So check to see if it has enough or if it needs to be charged. Also, you may want to up the power of the buzz, since there’s level settings.UPDATE: Both will charge and light up. But they no longer communicated with each other. So It doesn’t work, just after one month! I’m disappointed, because she was getting better at not barking. And when the collar went one, it was in the back of her mind that I’ll buzz her. So due to the short time of use, I’m dropping it to 2 stars. IF your set works longer, then it’s a 4 star review.UPDATE AGAIN; I contacted the company. They replied right away and told me how to bond them again. Now they’re both working well.I like this collar’s buzz. It’s not as strong as another one I got when I thought this was broken. Using the Citronella as a last resort, the beeps first and then vibrate when the little demon won’t shut it, it acts quick and has a good range. Dog hates it; I love it.

Working Well, Happy With Spray
I was looking for something other than beeps and zaps for my dog, as she’s absolutely terrified of both. This works great, as the vibration is enough to get her attention, but if she’s being belligerent, the spray works well. I really needed something, because the dog park has an incomplete fence and sometimes she wants to run off and there’s a busy road not too far away. This has fit the bill, I recommend.

Waste of our hard-earned limited income. I bought this and it has a WR code to scan to pair it, but it also says itâs already programmed. Neither way worked. Tried to contact them through Amazon about a week before my last day to return. They require a photo of the product to return it, which I thought was odd and I never heard back and didnât go through the usual Amazon return cycle where I get a return label. Even so, itâs a 40 min round trip to take them to a UPS drop-off site. Itâs starting to feel more like theft than because it costs as much for me to do the return as it does to just drive to PETCO or similar option. Donât waste your money on this citronella collar.Update 9/20/24: the company is standing behind this product and I have another one coming. I will further update this to review the product once it arrives. Right now, my review is about the company standing behind its product.

What a great product, we have two collars working from one remote. Itâs a perfect distraction to keep my hounds close on the beach. The modes, bleep, vibrate and spray work well on both collars whilst even in the sea. This is an ok alternative to some of the other collars that are out there on the market, I like the fact that you can choose what detergent youâd want to use, we use the vibration and noise rather than the scent.It took a while to understand how it worked but once weâd figured it out it was easy to use. It seems like it was a hardy collar that could work stand quite a lot. Over all happy.

My cocker spaniel doesnât seem to mind this extra colour around her neck and responded instantly to it. Itâs very easy to fit and use and I never have to use anything more than the sound on the lowest setting. It has turned my slightly wayward 2yr old into a sensible, obedient dog within two weeks. Sheâs good even without the collar now as well. I can hardly believe it actually!!

Our rehomed beagle had previously lived at a large kennels and so barking at will was a thing. We used this collar as a training aid to slowly change this behaviour. Initially a short puff of the citronela was used to distract her from barking and then after that the beep was enough to remind her to not bark at everything and anything. In a short time we could remove the collar altogether and use only voice commands. This collar worked well because it was remotely operated rather than triggered automatically by barking so we could decide when to reinforce the message and include voice commands. The construction is good and it lasted through plenty of water and mud. You have to be thoughtful though about using these training aids as sensitive dogs might react badly.

This collar seems to be well made. A good battery and fits well. My dog really doesn’t like it, and i have to say i don’t like the smell either. Battery lasts well. Overall seems to work for my dog.
