Wow! I am updating because these kept the floor dry!!
I am updating because these are way more impressive than I originally thought! Yes. In my feverish 🥵 state (which has yet to break) I ordered a medium size instead of L or XL for a grown senior dog. These pads are verrry absorbent and it took him going on only the one of six pads laid out over the course of a night to have any breakthrough of wetness. I noticed earlier today that there was a pad clearly used multiple times and I picked up a very heavy pad expecting a very wet floor and it was completely dry. I would love ❤️ to see what the proper larger size can do!!!I made an error in orders the proper size ( I should have ordered two sizes up) but these are soft pads with sticky in the corners that doesn’t stay on the floor and thus far seem well made and absorbent would be perfect for a small – mid size dog. My senior dog is terrified since his Daddy fell down the stairs holding him (bless him he made sure Archimedes was not hurt at all he padded him with his body! ). So these are imperative at night plus he doesn’t have to wake us up as I know as they get older it is harder to hold it and he is terrified of having an accident he did only once when we first adopted him which I was warned about as he had never been on a leash, had never lived in a city only in the deep woods of Wisconsin. Poor baby he had a tiny accident which I anticipated and was prepared for it was on the kitchen floor and I tried acting happing and wanted to say no worries! When he saw me cleaning it he ran to his crate was in a submissive position shaking it took everything in me to not start crying knowing what he must have been through to be that terrified so I put on as cartoony a. Voice as possible and did my best play now and said”wanna go for walkies Medes?l and put he is leash on acted as excited as possible and just kept saying I love you soooo much Archimedes you are such a good boy and made silly movements and did this literally every hour on the hour so he would know he was going to go outside and when he just happened to go a little I said “ Yeah Archimedes Potty Party!!!!” And cheered and he got excited and started jumping around and was soooo happy (I got this advice from the rescue and he never had an accident again! He got celebrated and I would wear winter vegan Earth boots and he would pretend herd me when we were “celebrating” I just want him to know we understood and want him to be comfortable and never scared. So sorry for the long story but we will update on the pads after a night test!Update: these did well on the overnight test I would love to see what it looks like if their Mama actually orders the right size for them((L or XL). These were impressive we just had to use a couple more as the dogs got used to a certain area at night and with collie vision being what it is at night I didn’t think it fair to change it up when my Archimedes wakes up in the middle of the night on autopilot rushing to get to the “right spot” bless his heart. I saw something on different pads (not ones from here) that said to punish your dog if they have an accident near but not exactly on the pad and I was grateful for positive companies like this one! Would order again but pay attention and order the right size – I’m blaming it on this fall flu I’ve had the last week 🥵 fevers sweats then chills no fun!!!

I do not recommend products I myself wouldn’t use.I am always in the market for training pads so when this set came across my feed, I ordered them.I’ve used training pads over the years so I know a thing or two about them.Some are better than others.These training pads are top notch.I ordered size 22×37. I use them to line cages of rescue animals but I also use them for puppies.I used a few of these to line a floor in an enclosure of a puppy I was taking care of. The puppy couldn’t get shots until she was 8 weeks old so she had to stay inside and away from other dogs.These pads are a total game changer, let me just tell you that.The enclosure was big. A fence was put up on vinyl flooring so the puppy had room to move around, run and play. I used these pads to line the floor so it didn’t get wet.The tape on the back made it easy to stick to the floor and keep them in place.I used cheaper pads on top that really didn’t do much in the way of absorbing but luckily these pads were on the floor underneath so they protected the floor from getting wet.Since they have tape on the back, they didn’t slide around.They worked out perfectly.I also used them in a cage for a rescue & because of the size, they worked out perfectly.These pads hold a lot of liquid. For testing purposes, I put 1 on the floor and poured 2 cups of water on it. The water was absorbed immediately and didn’t get the floor underneath soaked.I am very impressed with these pads and will continue to use.Highly recommend.
