THE PERFECT SIZE: The 64oz bottle is designed for Rabbits and Ferrets, The bottle is weather resistant and can be used in outdoor environments. Not all small animals need the same amount of water. For the 64oz we use a 7/16 inch tube that is large enough to accommodate the water needs of the pets noted above.
VACUUM SEAL: Lixit bottles work by forming a vacuum to hold the water inside. It is important to fill the bottle all the way to the top and ensure the cap is on tight to prevent leaking. Some dripping when the bottle is first turned over is normal.
EASY TO CLEAN: The lixit wide mouth bottles are designed with a large opening to allow easy access inside for cleaning. The opening is large enough to accommodate a bottle brush and is easy to refill with water.
QUALITY STAINLESS STEEL: Our tubes are made of the same 304 grade stainless steel in food preparation. We polish our tubes until they have the same satin finish that is found in quality silverware. Each tube is hand coned on the end to ensure that it has a smooth tip that will not harm your pet.

LEAKS all the water out
Same brand I bought a few years ago so I thought Iâd stick to the same brand since I had good success with it. The size I bought before was the standard water bottle. This has double the capacity so Iâd be filling less. It just steadily drips all the water out. I tried filling only half way and it still just leaks out. I played with the metal ball to if anything was sticking in there but No, it just drips and drips and drips until itâs emptied all the water into the bedding. I tried using the nozzles from the current bottles (again, same brand) and they are not the same size so wonât stay screwed on. Grrrrrr. Very angry at this wasted purchase.

Best bottles
We bought this for our four bunnies so they could last a couple days with water if we go out of town. They hold just enough for our rabbits to last day days. We bought 2 bottles & 2 rabbits share each.

Bought two of these filled them up and water was just pouring out of them. Canât even use them. Waste of my money.

Check for leaks
I ordered these to replace a similar water bottle for our rabbit. The wire hooks to attach the bottle to the cage were very tight and difficult to use. Plus, that extra pressure caused the bottles to leak. I may try the caps with better washers to see if that helps.
