Bad-Back Camping Approved!
We planned a 2 week camping trip out west this summer, with some hotel stays and some camping. I don’t do well sleeping on the ground, and dislike air mattresses, so I ordered this pad, hoping for the best. My husband and sons had thin pads under their sleeping bags, and ended up being really jealous of me with my comfy setup! This pad did not disappoint – I slept so well!! I never felt the ground. I’m 5’4″, and maybe 180 pounds, so it was plenty long enough and wide enough. It’s great to have at home now, too, for sleepovers for the kids. Only issue was that when rolled up, it took up a lot of space in the truck bed. We ended up unrolling it and laying it on top of everything, which was a better use of space. It comes with a zipper bag and has a velvet-like cover that can be removed for washing.

This is great!
I got this to go on top of my cot that I got to replace the air mattress I had been using for camping. It was pretty amazing to sleep on and the phone cubby was nice. It is a little cumbersome to bring with you but totally worth it.I don’t think it’s waterproof at all or at least the velour fabric part isn’t but it’s cuddly and lovely. It inflated really well once I opened it and provides a pretty great nights sleep. For reference I am 5’3″ and 210lbsIt was wider than my cot by a couple inches but was perfectly long enough to cover my cot.

Great for what I needed it for
I provide care for an elderly person and on nights can sleep when she sleeps. The fild up mattress provided is blown out so I bought this to go on top. It was so much better than resting on painful springs. I don’t think it’s thick enough to lay directly on the ground but perhaps a topper for a blow up mattress or cot. It was easy to roll up and the straps fit well to cinch it down.
