I got another set after 3 years. I didn’t need to. The old ones still worked and weren’t too worn. I just wanted to get new ones after the 2 cats and I settled into our new home. I have one part in my office and one in the living room.This product is durable for a cardboard scratcher. All cardboard scratchers leave cardboard bits around after use. If you don’t want to deal with that then you can try other materialsThe cats love to scratch on this. It’s large enough for them to fully stretch and claw. The shape is comfy so they lounge on these daily.If you find the aesthetics of this scratcher pleasing then it is a good buyIf I could change one thing, I would have the option of choosing the wood grain in a lighter, natural wood color to match my furniture but I still like the wood grain print that it has.

I have the ultimate cat scratcher and have been waiting to eventually buy this to pair with it.Both are fairly âpremiumâ for this category. The ultimate cat scratcherâ¦ultimately wins, but there is a massive price difference and some cons it canât make up for.Ultimate scratcher wins due to meant for long term and even apply new rope. Very solid âfor a towerâ. Isnât hideous, but itâs not pretty in any way.This two piece cat scratcher is the perfect pair to the vertical and fulfills a different need. Itâs horizontal, it has two parts for a range of placement options and easy storage, itâs a different material (disposable corrugated cardboard), something cats also are known to love, looks decent in the right home, and it has the bonus of being a lounger, which the ultimate will never be.Downside, itâs meant to fall apart. The lifespan is likely much longer than most people are willing to accept having it in their home. But if it lasts 1 year without falling apart, I will consider it a win and will make future purchase through this supplier.Itâs not the ultimate cat scratcher, but it is the perfect pair to fill out all your cat scratching needs.Bonus: since itâs two pieces and each are long, they can easily be leaned against problem scratch areas or near them to divert unwanted scratching to a new item.Pictures and video included say it all for how it can look decent when it matches the decor. Best looking cat scratching furniture ever!
Most importantly, the cats love this! Have 2 cats and for a long time each would sit on a piece near each other and sleep and look out the glass door. They loved it so much I decided to get each of them a set so they could be “taller” and look out the door.My cats adore this “furniture” . 🙂 It’s like their sectional sofa or something. It’s definitely their happy place!! The other day one of the cats was so stressed out from itching (she has allergies) that I opened a new one and she immediately forgot her distress. She sharpened her claws, jumped from one piece to another, laid down and went to sleep.I love that it looks a lot nicer than the typical flat cardboard cat scratchers I used to buy. And even though it’s kind of on the pricey side, the first one is still usable that I bought a year ago although it leaves a lot more shreds nowadays to vacuum up. :)All in all I am 100% satisfied with this purchase as are my cats. Good quality, decent looking for what they are, plenty long and wide enough for most any cat (one of mine is part Abyssinian so a very long cat). They also have fun playing with the hole below where they usually perch on the biggest piece.My one cat also uses it to scratch her head, neck, and face on. She loves rolling around on it. They like it best with the small piece on the bottom and the bigger piece on the top. Just have to make sure it’s lined up well so when they launch off of it they don’t topple the larger one. It’s even entertaining for this owner to watch how much fun my older cats have playing on it. And they would much rather sharpen claws on this scratching post than any of the furniture – which is certainly the best of all!

Cool concept, however the product is very cheap quality and doesnât hold. The magnets thatâs supposed to hold the whole toy together simply does not work, just detaches immediately.Also it seems like there is some sort of false advertising, the actual product is a lot smaller than what the video makes it out to be.Would not recommend this as a cat toy option, save your money and get something a cat can actually play with.

Bonjour, le grattoir en lui même est parfait, aussi bien la composition ( mon petit chat ne veut que du carton et pas d,autre matière), la forme est parfaite ( il aime dormir dessus ) mais…..il n est pas encore assez grand . Il faut comprendre que moÌ chat est petit en taille ( 4 petits kg tout mouillé), il adore les grattoirs comme celui ci mais qui ont une longueur démesurée ( entre 80 et 90 cm . Et si il y avait encore + grand , ce serait encore mieux!!)Il y a des grattoirs de cette longueur ( 80 à 90 cm de longueur) sur Amazon.fr, et depuis des,années je prenais ceux là ( ce sont exactement les mêmes que celui ci mais,en taille XXXXXXLLLLL), mais depuis environ 1 an , je rencontré des problèmes pour en obtenir ( soit on ne livre brusquement plus à mon adresse ce genre d article alors que pendant 11 zns on livrait, ou il est marqué ” pas d offre pour votre région “. Euh j habite en Belgique, pas au bout du monde et je ne comprends pas ce genre de politique qui consiste à livrer en France et plus en Belgique pour des articles normaux . Donc voilà la raison du nombre d étoiles : il est exactement ce que mon chat aime …mais trop petit à son goût et à 11 ans on ne le changera pas.Bien à vous
