What a fun toy!
I just got this and charged it up! I have been cracking up watching the cats play with this! We have some other rechargeable toys, but this one it by far the best. It took a little time to get here, but was worth the wait. They also threw in a free gift!

Worked for 5 mins
Product came with little instructions. Plugged in. Let cats play with it for 5 mins and it stopped. Plugged in would charge but never power on again. Nothing is stuck anywhere. Lights to say what mode itâs on doesnât come on. Donât waste your money. Plus cats were more scared. Chased after a min. But not worth it. Junk

How To Turn On And Fix!
It was frustrating at first when after charging it would not turn on. Here’s what to do:1. The outer plastic wrap-around thing can easily be stretched and removed. Do so.2. Opposite the charging port is the “on” button. Peel back the rubber over that and you will see that the inside part of the rubber has an extending protrusion. Most likely that protrusion is not making contact with the piece that turns it on when pressed.3. Blow on the exposed area to remove any debris4. Roll the rubber part back on and press it a few times. Make sure that protrusion part is making contact. It should light up and turn on now.

Great product!
I ordered these toys for my cats for Christmas and didnât think they were going to show up until after since that is what it showed on my estimated delivery time but Iâm so happy they came in a week early. I tried it out and am surprised on how fast the fast mode is. My cats were a little hesitant at first but they were intrigued. They love the toy which is all that matters. I like the convenience of pulling the arms on/off so when hair gets bundled up itâs easy to clean.

It broke within a week
This was a great toy and my cats loved it… post tense. It stopped working after about 5 days. It won’t turn on despite being fully charged. What a shame.
